Good morning all! I'm back, but I'm afraid I will never catch up with all of you! I think there is at least 20 pages!

We had a great time at Disney! However, they had some record low weather! I, of course, didn't bring any warm clothing because it is usually around 90*F!!! The car did make it there and back! It took a long time to get home because of traffic. It took an hour and a half longer to get to North Carolina on Saturday. Then on Sunday, it took an extra 3 1/2 hours to get home. We left at 6:30am and got home at 10:30pm! A very long day of driving!

I hope everyone is well! If I missed any birthdays or anniversaries, my best wishes to those.

Will be back later when I get a few things done. Max is home sick today with a sore throat and swollen glands. I think we all need a vacation from our vacation.

SUZY, yes to the horses, thank you and can get hubby to make me a Drag thingy that would scatter the fertilizer about. Someone had made one from old tires and chaines, to pull behind the tractor on the farm we lived on some years ago. a smaller version of that would pull behind the lawn mower and scatter manure all about, rain wash it in, good fertilizer hehehe.

MARY, I love pansies and can just see your cross stitched ones in my mind. Nice. A nice memory that pansies beings to mind, my youngest daughter and i went to visit a local landmark, she was 5, it was spring. Pansies planted all about, yellow with dark purple to brown to black centers. She thought the centers looked like faces and the yellow about was a mane, so, they became known at our house as Lion flowers. I started growing Lion flowers for her then, every winter, and that was 30 years ago. Now that she is in California, she asks about " her flowers" almost every week till they die out from heat.

OH BEAN, I do know what you mean about loosing the phone. Our "wired" phones, home phones, are portable. Hubby is always walking around with his phone, well, now, me too, since it is available! Will often loose the phone. Lucky the base/recharger has a "find" key, it will ring up the missing extension phone.

Now, the cell phone, well, we have to keep up with it better, since we have no service on it here, no reception, it would not ring if we dialed up the number. I did leave it in my purse last shopping trip!

NO COFFEE this morning, sorry, my personal smilies have gone missing. Hope they find way back home again soon!

MAMACIETA, good to see you back on the page. Welcome home! I must read your comments and visit your photos, but no time at the present, STUFF inside and outside stuff today needs my attention. Feed the machine, sorted out the meals for today already. Get out the weedeater/whipper snapper again. I can only do that about 10 min a pop, but if I do it OFTEn enough I can see a bit of progress! My grass/lawn got cut yesterday, for second time. ONLY 7 more months of cutting ahead of me!!

ROLANDA, you and SUZY are sneaky, I almost missed that you two did a CP cause you were changing avatars hehehe.

Hi everyone...its good to be back. Stella, glad you have returned home too, but sorry Max is under the weather.
Miz T, It took me forever to get the pictures on flickr and the photo gallery...I had forgotten how to do it all. So, don't worry about not getting around to seeing the pictures while you are so busy...they are not going anywhere. I wish I had been better able to organize them like some of the others on the site, , but at least they are labeled.
Rena, Amber will enjoy the Eye if she gets to London, the view is spectacular. I missed getting together with André, but did get to chat with Ganniemo before she left for Singapore. Both had tried to make contact many times, but my mobile wasn't working. Mo had a very bad cold and we thought it best not to try and meet up...next time I hope.
Brenda, the weather in London was better than in Paris, we even had sun on couple of days while there. Thanks to all of the packing tips...I was prepared for whatever came.

MizT, loved your lion flowers story. If I were you I would plant them every year too! Unfortunately, I am not you, and annuals do not do well in my garden. Actually, neither do perenials.... Weeds on the other hand, they love me.

Good to see Mamacita and Stella home and back with us on SA4.Hope Max is soon better. Me thinks all that driving was an endurance test rather than a vacation.

Today d1 is going to the movies with friends. I've sort of arranged for d2 to stay the night at a friend's house, but have realised this morning that she would then miss the Wednesday visit by other friends... What's a mother to do?

Well I'm off for a while to help move a bed from the trailer to the back room so it can be picked up this afternoon... The things we do for our mothers...

Huffing and Puffing here, half of the bed is inside... not great weather to be moving things though. No rain yet, but lots and lots of mud...

Mama had a look at your holiday photos they are really nice. I haven't been on the London eye yet but would like to have a go. A friend of mine went on in the dark (when it first opened, it was a private do) and he said it was spectacular then too
