Sorry, I had to go talk to hubby when he got home.
Back to the cafe/raisin toast issue. I don't think the girl rang Laura about that. I heard the phone ring and I think the girl was just talking to Laura and probably mentioned in passing that the raisin toast was burning.

Well no one around, will go and catch up on the four pages since this morning.

I'm back. Ebob has been to gym, all are fed but none clean.... Ally goes to camp in the morning!

Kind of ironic that Gail's TOPP is telling the second highest TOPP scorere to go to bed....

I didn't do anything silly at dinner tonight! Guess that makes this a good day?

I didn't watch it tonight Suzy, I forgot it was on! We watched Kitchen Whatsitsname. At the end, D#2 came in and asked whether I had been crying, and I didn't know what she meant for a minute...DOH!

Well, that was a short night, kitty wanted to play, so I let her out. Seems a lot has happened on the board in the pages I have missed. I will try catching up, boy having Cliffs Notes (condensed version of books required in school) of the last 15 pages would really help.

Yes, for whomever asked, my car is at the doc office parking lot because I drove myself to doc but was too fatigued and foggy brained after my episode to drive myself home. Al had to come get me and help me get to pharmacy for meds.

Gail, your lunch for Rena sounds inviting, sure wish I could be there.

CynB, hope to find the posts about raisin toast, and find out about what is happening with burnt fish. I need to read more pages but probably not now.

I think I shall go back to bed, could use some extra rest today. Hugs to all.

I'm UP already. Workmen due here in 10 minutes. This MAY be the last post of mine today, or they may be considerate and leave the connection intact while they jack hammer around it. Gotta go lock all the dogs in now!

The collies are now all locked in. They have free run of the garage and main floor of the house. The men have no access here. They work in the basement (outside stairs) and outside. Fortunately, they got 90% of the outside work done yesterday, because it's raining now.

The workmen haven't arrived yet! Maybe I can have breakfast before they come?

They are here busily working. I gave no idea how I'm ever going to get everything put back where it belongs after they're done.
The jackhammers have started!
Meanwhile, Angel has decided to cause as much damage as she can. I think she's bored.

Good Maen all - a little hi and bye as I'm off to a busy day...yoga, my Al-Anon meeting and then to lunch and a movie (The Secret Life of Bees - LOVED the book!) with a girlfriend.

Something went right today. The horse trainer that I was going to deliver the colts to had to be in the neighborhood this morning, so she stopped in and picked up the colts. That saved me a whole lot of time. They were both great about loading. All that work I did late at night paid off.

I am going to see if I can get a nap in with the jack hammering going on.

wow, lots of reading! i had plenty of DC to help me along though, and now i am ready to post and run. i have a long list of things today, some fun, some not. uh oh, hubby just dropped in....now he knows what i do all day!!! i'll check in later! shhh, don't tell him where i am.

Wow, Heidi is up bright and early! I'm certainly glad you had trained the colts to get in the trailer - and how fortunate that the trainer was in the area and could just pick them up! If the jackhammers don't ruin your internet connection, you might have time to pop in here after your nap. (Can anyone really nap with jackhammers pounding?)

Hi all. I forgot who said it but I do go to bed early. I get up at 5:00 am to get my son on the school bus. By 9:30 I am usually falling asleep. When I log off, I get in bed and watch tv, and usually fall asleep with it on. Gotta do some typing for S1, be back later.
