Well, no where near a TOPP (I do believe I'm falling behind again in Suzy's list)...but I will CP and move onto puzzles. I believe it's dinner time down under right now.
Inlaws are stopping by on their way home tomorrow (well, actually later today!) but will be able to check in. Hope to catch the topsiders here later. Hugs to DUGs and topsiders alike!

Morning Sudolukand.

Coffee is almost ready, and I can use some this morning. Not really awake but cannot get back to sleep either/ Oh well, I can stay up, it is 6:30 am, a bit early for a weekend.

Today is the day of the vacuum. Must introduce myself to that sucky thing again. No, not a " move everything" day, but get the clear areas in living room, Kitchen and bedroom. That should keep me busy for a bit, but I must wait till hubby is up and out of house, sucky thing is noisy.

Coffee is ready, I shall check back in later. I do have my priorities

HI BRONI, it is a bit cool to go out and enjoy the morning on my deck, well, I would have to put on sweats or some such. but enjoying my coffee and computer time is very nice this morning. Glad you had time for friends on your deck today, it sounded like a lovely time.

Oh thank you for the coffee MzT...I need it after that middle of the night visit here. I'm usually a very good sleeper, but have been a bit restless lately.
If you're gonna use your Tricia, please go slowly and listen to your body so you will stop if you need to. Just a teeny nag

dear friends for all your lovely birthday greetings to Mikey - both here and on my page. He was tickled (and a bit taken back) by all your warm greetings. I nudged him a bit to place that thank you. He was in a good mood (his b'day) and reluctantly obliged me! - I can't find the words to tell you how special you all are to me

I had to get up this morning, instead of sleeping in. Mason has chewed her staples out (all but one), and has a Vet appt. in 20 minutes. Bye for now!

Oh Dear, Poor Mason, chewing out staples. However will you keep them in now she has discovered them, will she get a nice collar? Surgical glue to hold incision together? I do hope all is well with her, and a fast recovery.

I'm back. Mason is now held together with glue, and the incision area is covered with this stuff that smells and tastes terrible. She also had to be put on antibiotics since it had become badly inflamed, and partially separated. I have lost count of the number of dogs I've had spayed, and this was a first for me. Usually they leave the incision alone.

I remember as a kid,an old cat of ours had plaster on her broken leg which she chewed off long before the use buy date.Even with a broken leg she could scramble up a 6ft fence.Dont have cats anymore because of the wildlife.

everyone! Port Macquarie is a beautiful city/town! Hubby and Ally have said they could live here!! Ebob hasn't seen anything but the baseball fields. Her team lost 2 games and won one. Three more today...

June, they have changed the rules significantly for all players, regardless of age or gender. eg. 140 maximum pitches for the entire weekend! Something about if you've pitched, you can't catch in the same game... I've probably got that one wrong. For one of the games we lost yesterday the Australian pitcher apparently pitched for most/the whole game against us.

A woman was hit on the hand by the ball during the second game yesterday. Luckily the ref thought it was her elbow and she went to first. She stayed on the field until she was out (or the third out, can't remember which), put ice on it for about an hour, then finally went to casualty when the game ended. 6 breaks!! They've bandaged her up, she can hardly move they've put so many bandages on her.... more xrays in a week at home.

Sudoku isn't on daylight savings time yet! It's an hour different to my computer time anyway.

MizT - you didn't mention how it felt pushing the sucky thing around. Did you body feel ready? I guess it must have or you wouldn't be planning another room...

Heidi - poor Mason!

I've been busy baking (pumpkin pie from scratch again, my contribution to a dinner tonight) and playing around on the internet, looking for possible smilies. Didn't find too many. Now I'm gonna rest for an hour before feeding.
All I REALLY want to do is sleep round the clock.

Suzy. D1 broke bones in her hand when she fell off a horse. Hospital bandaged it and said it would be OK but about a week later saw a plastic surgeon who opperated and put in a plate or screws.

Hi All..Here with my no-nag report! Meds taken on time..first full night's sleep in a good while...coughing is slowing, still productive and strangling at times, but fluids help. Appetite is good( too good if you ask me).Energy level is still very low, thus I'm doing next to nothing...caring for Jazz, who is doing well, and feeding my face is about it! Still in the no-nag zone?
I felt well enough to catch up and comment on easy, first on the wrong day(10/03)and then today...didn't do too well, but still think I got my point across..let me know.
It seems the wedding pictures will soon be available...remember that? I'll let you know...night for now...thanks for the get well messages...I will!
