CynB, i forgot you were going to retire the chickens after the sale, it should be a retirement party for them and not a wake! That way they might make an annual reappearance on thier retirement aniversary, maybe?

Coffee on and then I must run, do some STUFF I have neglected this last week. I started a lot of things, and finished a few, My brain fog is getting better, maybe today I can finish something??

Hi MizT, Suzy (we got some slushy hail), Viv and Ruby. Phone calls and some TV have kept me occupied tonight.
Finished the sewing for my daughter. Hurrah!!!!
Still a few things to do for myself before we go away and then I can pack the machines away.
Busy day out tomorrow so will 'off to bed' as it will be an early start.

HI SUZY, I got a bit done, the main accom0lishment is I finished what I started, a big improvement over earlier this week hehehe

I got checks for bills written, just getting that sorted out was an accomplishment! I have a good incentive to pay my electric now, so I can keep the computer up and running, oh and the phone too, since my DSL and phone are same provider. So I should get to play another month

Hi MizT, I have tonnes of stuff to do today. Another very hectic weekend has left the house looking like a bomb hit it, and I too have bills to pay. It's raining so the clothes on the line are getting a second rinse, not sure what to do with the ones in the machine!!! There's also a pile of dry washing to be folded or ironed, and I really need to push that sucky thing around and wet the floor with the squishy thing. d1 is having a friend over after school to finish a project for marine studies so I will get to help with that. Some time during the day I have to go over town and get a picture blown up to A3 size for that project. At least my student for this afternoon won't be coming as she has work experience for the next 2 weeks. But for right now I am trying to get rid of a headache.... and feeling very sorry for myself while I'm at it!!

This is the trouble when one is out of action, these things are still there waiting for us!
I am about to bill pay my phone accounts online.
I am with the same provider for internet, home phone and mobile.

I have done a load of washing, now on the second lot.
Then I must go out and do messages and try and drum up some work.

Someone on here, I cannot remember who, told me to take aspros and have a cup of coffee for the headache.

There goes d2s bus. Now I just have to wait until hubby leaves and I will have peace for a while. That should help the headache, so long as I don't walk out of this room and see the mess I have to undo today.

BRONI, me too, me too, would love to meet your cousin hehe, I most likely have enough cat hair to knit a kitten at least! One if them is sitting on the floor beside me, being guard kitty for me and providing more kitty yarn.

Broni, glad you did not have to look at dirty floors or try to do them yourself. Probably have to look at dirty floors here a few more days, tummy is just sore feeling, but not hurting at least!

I did do the for real today, but was most happy when a neighbor walked up and I had , out of common courtesy, to park the mower and chat with her. We came inside for something to drink, and I never got back out. Well, I have a very good reason, it got DARK while we were visiting! I could not tell her to go home now could I? she brought me a white hydrangea blooms to see if I could root it We will see what happens.

I have decided, must mow when the UV rays are below 3, and that is very early or very late, just before dark. It is just too hot and humid for a long sleeve now. I would like to find a way to attach my BIG umbrella to the back of the mower seat. Doubt that will happen any time soon.

Time to get ready for bed,was a busy day today.
