Tricia, I have replied to your query on the 'Hard' jigsaw page. Just in case, this is what I said -
Tricia, you will find some helpful advice if you click on 'Forum' at the top of the Sudoku pages and then go to 'Members Special feature - Help and Information'. Not far down the page you will see some entries by Angie and I think you'll find them helpful. I cannot give you much advice because I use an iMac and the systems are different. I hope you find this helpful - if not, please don't hesitate to contact me on my page and I'll see what I can do.
