Thanks all of you for the warm welcome. Yes I am IslandBea from a while ago.I'm still learning "computoreze" and flubbed up trying to join and couldn't correct the problem so silently crept away. I always enjoyed the chats and jokes. I'm glad to be back.

Debby:I love rubarb pie. Eve: Strawberry cream cheese pie, yummmm. CG: I've been envying everyone the bravertail pastries you've been sending them. Now I have one all to myself. I won't make all of you who've welcomed me starve. I've got fresh pacific salmon, wines from our vinyards, Roger's Chocolates, and bing cherries from my cherry tree(but hurry before the birds eat them all).

You lived in Costa Rica for a year in the '70's? Which year?

I lived in Costa Rica from '72 through '76. I graduated High School at Colegio Lincoln in Moravia, C. R. in '73. The great Jose' Figueres himself gave me my diploma, a true honor. I've always considered him to be one of the 2 greatest men who have ever lived. Gandhi is the other.
