Thanks, Wendy for dropping in! I've been busy lately but not with anything interesting (except taking photos!!!!)! I keep an eye out for new photos from you on Flickr, & I'm having fun in groups too, thanks for getting me started! The major thing at the moment is making plans to extend the river house & move up there! P wants to retire from his day job & work from home up there! My son hurt his foot badly but didn't break any bones thank goodness, so I've been driving him to physio!

Wendy - so sorry about Cloud. Losing my cat kids has been harder than any other loses I've had (including my mother!)...I just have the one, Panda she is a brat, but I love her to pieces! Glad you still have the 2 others to keep you company.
Funny thing was that I was posting on someone else's page - don't remember who - earlier this morning before the puzzles came up and I saw your post from a while ago with a Garfield avatar...and I thought, "I don't think I know this Wendy"...and then it turned out to be your birthday. Funny how those things go. So I got to visit your page and meet you.

Hi Wendy. I'm glad you had a great day. We're off to Wagga Wagga tomorrow for a double 60th birthday celebration! One of P's brothers & the wife of same bro has/have?? just turned 60. They didn't want any fuss so they went off to Nousa (how do you spell Nousa??!!) with their kids & grandkids, but the new matriarch (P's younger sister) of the family decided they should have a party! It'll be fun for us & I'm sure the couple in question will be happy about it!!

Morning Wendy - Panda is like Malibu and barely tolerates us in her house (we call it the "Kingdom of Panda"). When she came to us I had another cat, Gomez, but he disappeared after they were both with us for about a year (I've always wondered if she had a "hit" put on him...she HATED him)
So, we hope to travel when we get done with our huge building project (addition and remodel that we are doing ourselves) It's still about 2 years from being completed. We will have to figure a way to travel with Panda if we are gone for any length of time. She's still relatively young.
I have the same quandry as I can't imagine my home without a kitty cat or 2!

Wendy! Haven't seen you around in awhile and saw you up in my 'friends' box. Hope you are doing well. We are leaving on a 10 day leisurely driving trip up into Oregon...had to arrange for kitty sitters (my niece 1/2 of the time and my dad the other 1/2). I'm too scared of Panda to lock her up in kitty jail while we're away! LOL - sending you hugs and kisses.

Yes - kitty jail is too stressful for Panda and me! I feel so GUILTY and just worry about her endlessly. Having my niece and dad come in to stay with her will help me to enjoy my trip. She will be one p*ssed off puss when I get back, but I'm use to that! hehehe

Hope you are getting some of this glorious rain down your neck of the woods. Been very cold and foggy in the mornings, but occasionally we have a fabulous day when hubby and I go for drives and get out and walk about. Last week we went to Warburton and walked along the banks of the Yarra. Very pleasant indeed.
