Angie, I was really wowed by all those treats you brought over to my place - thank you! I had my first ever taste of pavlova at an outdoor restaurant near Sydney Harbor. It was SO delicious. Thought I'd come home & try to make one to go with our wonderful local strawberries, but the recipe I found looked pretty tricky! Have you ever made one? You don't look like you eat a lot of desserts!

Angie - Thank you for typing out the pavlova recipe for me! I think maybe I can handle that one so I have copied it & plan to try it. Near to Valrico is Plant City, FL where huge crops of delicious strawberries are grown. There is a big strawberry festival every year & people travel from all over the state to get the local strawberries starting in Mar. I'll try the pavlova then, & if I succeed I promise I'll deliver one to your place.
