Hi eaa. No I didn't see Better Homes & Gardens. I used to watch it all the time, but at 7.30pm on Fridays my husband usually watches Stateline! If he's working on the computer I will if I remember, but because I don't do it regularly I often don't think of it till it's too late!
Love your photos in the gallery. Only had a breeze through today, too busy! But I'll pop in for a better look tomorrow!

Hello eaa! I have just been visiting Gail and saw your comment about the gender of ginger cats. We also used to think that all gingers were male, until our 9 month old 'Ned' had 4 kittens, and truly debunked the myth for us!!!

BTW, I absolutely love 'Foam on the beach', as it fits all my imaginings about the Tassie coast, which we hope to visit next year.

The 'magpie' is a Black Butcher bird! I didn't put on the photo comment because then it'd be there forever!

Hi eea Thanks for the seafood platter. That was really great. Our Fearsome Foresome is actually a pretty calm group. We have had some good golf scramble scoring. We shot 16 under par in one round to win top prize. We normally have pretty good rounds in scrambles. We play a lot together during the year depending on work schedules. The young guys can hit the ball a long distance.

Hi eea The majority of my fishing is at Lake Hodgson in Ravenna, Ohio. It is a water supply lake so the water is very clean. I catch crappie, bluegill, perch, walleye, bass and channel cats. The lake is 2 miles x 1/2 mile wide with several side bays. It is 80 foot deep where the glacier cut through the center. They dammed a deep valley to make the lake. I sometimes fish Lake Erie for Walleye and have fished the Atlantic Ocean for Bluefish and the Pacific Ocean for salmon out of Seattle and rooster fish out of Costa Rica. I've fished the Gulf of Mexico out of Florida for bottom fish.

I hunted small game and deer, played baseball, slow pitch softball and golf. I'm down to just golf now that my knees are bad. I play wiffle ball and badminton in the back yard with the grand-kids.

Hi eea I missed one part. I either cast with a spinning outfit with a plain hook and split shot baited with minnows or troll with Hot-N-Tot's and Rapala's.

Hi eaa, thanks for your welcome home. Anne and I survived the travel OK but we are both fairly weary. I have taken heaps of photos, some of which are OK, and will place them on my Flickr site when I get around to it. I hope everything is well with you and your family.

Hi eaa, I agree with you that HKG is a nice place to visit - but that's all. My nephew lives on the three top floors of one of those buildings and has two lively children - who need parks and beaches and lots of open space. I think that we are the lucky ones.

Thanks for dropping in eea. Yes I do get on late occasionally if there's nothing TV I want to watch & my husband's not working on the computer. I'd be on it more except for his work because there's often not a lot to watch!

Hello eaa, thank you very much for your response and suggestion made in my page. Your picture of lightning is something awesome..I would love to take such pictures..may be its got to do something with the response time of the camera..I am not a professional and know lil abt photography..still its my passion and I indeed tried some shots..good or bad only the viewer had to say!! I stay in a city where my horizon is limited..I will have to try things going a bit away perhaps!! your suggestions are appreciated and I will try to follow.
cheers

Hello eaa - thanks for viewing my photos, in fact you are probably still in there looking at them.
Albany is usually quite green being on the coast but we have had a decent rainfall this winter so everywhere was beautiful and green yesterday when friends and I were out driving.

Gday eaa, I actually came to your page because I had been going through my pics and comments and meant to answer your query re gingers! I see Bluey has had a similar situation to us. We once had a tortoiseshell who who had a litter of four. The first born was pure black, then the next three were all gingers starting with a real dark one and progressively they became paler so the last one was almost white! Anyhoo, the middle ginger was a female. We have always waited to name our cats until their personality shows through, so when she started climbing up the curtains, we called her Hillary after Sir Edmund of Everest fame!

Again thanks for letting me know.

Hi eaa, my health and temper are OK, thanks for asking. I suppose if I was to be picky, my health could be better, but I'm not complaining - 'cos nobody would listen. I am pleased that 'verything' is OK down in your neck of the woods, although I seem to remember that there aren't many woods where you live.
I had a few days off line recently when my modem decided to quit following a thunderstorm. I now have a much better (and faster) modem so I'm happy again - and a bit poorer.
Please do look after yourself. Cheers, Ian

Hi eaa, just popping bye to say thanks for that very interesting exercise you left for us yesterday. Can never resist a questionnaire/puzzle. It has confirmed what I've always - I'm a trifle odd - yep, I'm in the 2%. Ended up with an Aardvark in Canada eating Kiwifruit!! I shall take great delight in forwarding it onto all in my address book. Regards and seasons greetings

LOVE your photos.

Hi eaa, no we won't be going away at Christmas either but we will be visiting our daughter and husband in England in late February. We will travel up to Scotland for Easter with them. I am looking forward to it already. The only thing is we will miss the birth of our second grandchild who is due on 5th March. My eldest son and family live here in Dubbo so we get to see them alot. My youngest son lives in Sydney and he won't be able to come home for Christmas but hopefully we will be able to see him in the New Year.

I'm still suffering the after affects of yesterdays mammoth effort - my son can't believe I read all those posts...nor can I. Hope you keep up with the jokes - I really enjoy them. Think we must be on similar email circuits - even tho I have read many I enjoy reading them again. Have recirculated a few from your postings as I felt they needed to be reviewed again.
Just realised it is now Saturday - time I stopped this and got some shut eye....look forward to catching you on Easy.
