eaa, your photos are absolutely beautiful. Are you a professional photographer? My husband and I visited Tasmania in September. It is such a wonderful place. We hope to go back some day.

Hi eaa, thanks for tagging me. It was fun. I read all the comments on the pages but I didn't open my computer till this evening so I have only just now tagged someone else. (It was hard to think of anyone as most people were already tagged!)

eea, when you visited my page you mentioned that you didn't know if you should send seasonal greetings to some people since you don't know their beliefs. I think that sending wishes for happiness is lovely. If someone wished me happiness on a holiday that I don't celebrate, I'd still appreciate the good thoughts!

I forgot to tell you I loved Tassie . We spent a month there in April last year and felt it wasn't long enough. Great food and wine and the place is really geared for tourists. Lots of information everywhere I mean.

Hi, eaa!

Hope you had a smashing Australian Day!

For my own pleasure (and anyone else who cares to download a copy when it's finished), I am putting together a Sudokuland cookbook, and I I am trying to format all the recipes so that they are fairly consistent. I am having trouble with your cheesecake recipe and wonder if you could edit what I've done below. I don't understand what a lemon jelly is for instance. There will be a little glossary in the book so that we can all understand each other's country's terminology, so if you could check over my following interpretation of your recipe, I would greatly appreciate it!!!

Cheers!
Jane

250 grams Philly Cream Cheese

Hi again, eaa!

I realize that jelly is gelatin, but I didn't understand the use of these words in your recipe. Would you be so kind as to check over my version of your recipe in my previous post and edit it. By "1/2 set" do you mean, "partially jelled"? Or does the 1/2 mean half a package? Lemon jelly would be the equivalent of our "lemon Jell-O (gelatin)". Does the rest of the recipe look ok? I edited it so that the format would follow the format of the other recipes.

Thanks!
Jane

Hi eaa, Angie/Melbourne wanted to use my photo to animate it and commented that my original photo was a bit small - I had compacted it for submission to Sudoku. So I put a full sized photo on my page for her to use. She did animate it, but later used another of my photos - which you should be able to view on her page.

Hi eaa, If you look closely you will see that I am wearing my guilty look. Ten days ago you told me that you had some new photos in your gallery and it has taken me up till tonight to look at them. They are fabulous photos and I am so ashamed that I didn't look at them earlier. Please forgive me. I have been busy organising our trip to Melbourne and arranging a suitable time to go flying with vdV that I forgot the simple courtesy of looking at the photos of my friends. I will wake up to myself soon.

Hi eaa, now you've got me scratching my head. What have I done to deserve the expression 'BIG 700'??? Or am I so dumb that I can't see something in front of my face?
BTW, thanks for the congratulations, it is a just reward for his many years of hard work - and lots of talent, which he gets from his Mum.
