I remember the day Mum signed the DNR. I knew it was her wish and insisted it be put on her records, but as she was lucid, the decision had to come from her. Bill had to go in and ask, but as soon as he went in the room, she knew what it was for, and gave the order.

Hi everyone, it's difficult to give a brief update on my family when there is such sadness in others. My daughter Meghan will be coming home from Jordan at the end of August. She has been there since Sept 1st working on a Fulbright Fellowship. My next oldest, Brendan, just graduated from Drew University with a degree in economics. He doesn't have a job yet but he's had some health set backs (ankle reconstructed at Christmas, mono in the Spring, shingles which he is still recovering from and his wisdom teeth out last week) but he's getting his resume together and hopefully he'll find something he likes. Bryana graduated from high school and will be going to Georgetown University in Washington DC at the end of August! The youngest, Ian, is going to be a junior in high school and will start looking at colleges! It's hard to believe there was a time that Ian was the youngest player on this Sudoku site!

Hope all is well with everyone. Take care!

FINALLY off to se the new Harry Potter movie. Believe it or not, IH asked to come along. He hasn't seen any of the others or read the books, so he should be clueless. Nothing new there for him.

Now the Bl**dy cat has gone walk about. She gets furballs and I have to make sure she gets some water. Not what I needed.
Sharon made it through the night but is heavily into the morphine.
She had bought Laura a special locket and she was able to give it to her last night. Laura was so excited.
Must have a shower and then go to the hospital later.I no longer want her to suffer any more.

June, Your strength throughout these last few years has been incredible. I hope that you have a great sense of peace over the next few weeks and know that Sharon will live forever in your memories. I hope that all the good times you have had with Sharon will outweigh the sad and heart breaking times.
Please know that you, Ken, Laura, Belinda and Sharon are in my thoughts and prayers.

One thing has become abundantly clear...on this site, Sudoku easy and most especially SA, WE ARE FAMILY and We REACH OUT TO EACH WITH LOVE...(not shouting but emphasizing) WE ARE ALL LOVED AND SHARE IT AMONG OURSELVES!When one is troubled all are...so to all...may our spirits quieten enough to hear the joy that abounds in all of the past that help us to fashion a future that incorporates the good and allows us a cushion that we can use in bad times that helps make our landing tolerable during the rough going.
CynB, June and family, Bean, Theresa, and others have been going through a really rough patch..yet be assured...sunshine will once again greet them and us...it will warm all hearts once again... May the journey continue to be softened by love, compassion and wonderful friends and family easing our way! Peace and Blessings to all!♥♥♥♥

Found the cat. She had got locked in the house yesterday and then slept on the spare Queen sized bed that I need for MIL when she comes to stay next week. Will have to wash all the covers! The cat had also messed on the mat. First time in 15 years. Just what I needed!

The cat probably is picking up all the upset vibes and stress, and it's caused her to do things she normally wouldn't.
