The terror, Lucky, is doing fairly well. I alternate between worrying about him when he has his seizures and wanting to strangle him the rest of the time. He does NOT like it when I try to leave the house. He has started nipping me.... hard.... when I try to leave. I have bruises all over my arms and breasts from his nips. I just keep telling myself "He WILL outgrow this!".

By "nothing", I mean no big projects. Just routine stuff like feeding the critters. I will have several hours to kick back and maybe watch a movie, accompanied by a big mug of hot cocoa and some buttery popcorn. Heaven!

Heidi, nips on your arms and breasts!!!!! Hey I would not even put up with that from Bella, she will occasionally give me a nip on the heel if I am not moving quick enough getting her dinner, but then I want control so she has to wait. You taught me well.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY eaa! It seems I have lost my smilies today, bummer, so no great celebratory graphics, but know I am doing the birthday dance with Broni!

Too many pages behind to catch up this morning. We had a very busy weekend. I cooked Thursday and Friday for back to back parties where everyone brings food. One was my family christmas, other was neighborhood party. So that takes care of Saturday and Sunday. Monday I did the last of my shopping, now for wrapping those last minute gifts, I think I have 3 to do.

We have one more party, Christmas Day going to hubby's Brother's house. Another road trip, why did my sister and his brother have to live about an hour and a half away, in different directions???

Today will warm up , from heavy frost this morning and temps at 32F ( 0 C) to low 60's. I will wait a couple hours to do my morning walk hehehe.

Hugs to All and extras to any who need them, and hope to catch up later,

Good Maen everyone! Missed a bunch of pages (3 or 4). Can't remember what I wanted to say other than hello and Merry Christmas/Happy Hannukah.
Gail: Thanks for the message. I hope you & your family have a great holiday too.
Went out with my friend Janet & her daughter Mallory yesterday (shopping, lunch etc). We had a GREAT time. Mallory is 17 and a total sweetheart!! Hope all is well with everyone, it's been VERY foggy here the last 4-5 days. That's all for now, TTFN.

Despite a lazy day today, I find I need to go grocery shopping and lumber shopping. Tomorrow Robert and I are going to finish repairing some wooden fences that the cows and Mother Nature tore down. I have to start getting the front pasture ready for calving season. That starts in 1 month.

Hi everyone. Just had a successful shopping trip with the boys. The beasties both need suits for Mitchell's big day. Got both boys suits, and shoes for Dylan. Ended up with a good price, less than expected and not much needed in alterations. Mitchell needed the pants shortened and Dylan needed the pants shortened and jacket sleeves shortened. I will post pictures in January.

I think I'm more excited about the auction ending in 5 days (Fife Canaries) than I am about Christmas. I posted a bigger picture of the birds I get to chose from, on my page.

Gosh that felt good, I haven't used many smilies in a while.
I am exhausted - had 15 people here last night - 'just to look at the lights' - it was lovely but I thought they'd all never go. Phew, and it's not even Christmas day yet.

Hi and bye eaa!
Here's the clincher about last night. As everyone got up to leave, we all picked up plates, coffee cups, glasses etc and brought them inside but someone (you whistle and I'll point at Colin who was last in the door) left one plate of food still on the outdoor table. When we came back out there, the dog was perched ON THE TABLE happily eating Christmas cake, shortbread and rumballs. Had to throw the rest away and I spent a very nervous night hoping her digestive system could take the onslaught without having disastrous effects on our bedroom carpet, if you know what I mean. She survived and has just polished off her breakfast as if she had never been fed so I guess her constitution is stronger than I thought.
