I see my mom snuck in while I was tucking the beastie boys into bed. Like usual, she posted and ran. At least she took the TOPP so I don't have to lurk.

Tami, Ebob took about 15 hours, but I didn't go to the hospital until hour 13 - too late for drugs. Ally took about 3 hours, I went to the hospital pretty quickly with her as it was I could tell if I didn't I was going to have her on the driveway, but still too late for drugs. Boy did I wish I had those drugs!

MizT... I think you figured it out! That's her secret for not having any TOPPs.

Hope these last few hours go quickly for you Rolanda, don't go looking for extra jobs to do before going away. If you have over looked them up till now it will be ok to leave them until you get back, or better still suggest that someone else do them while you are away.

Broni how are the business plans going? Also your trip overseas, have you decided on an itinerary yet?

I ate too much! The Lions Club sure know how to put on a meal... three courses... the appetiser was big enough for a meal all by itself! Wish someone had told me it was a black tie do!!!!!!

Gail, what was your casserole? I am always interested in tasty and easy and most casseroles are easy enough.

I just read an extended forecast for rest of the week. I wish I had not. Su7nday, a slight chance of t-storms, a high of 94, OK, that part I can handle, but they said a heat index, feels like, temp of 108! that is way too hot!

Gravy beef MizT, with carrots and onions and a few flavourings, served with mashed potato. Veeery easy. Slow cooked int eh oven and the meat was falling apart!

Everybody. I still feel kinda sore this morning. I still need to take it easy.
MizT.... our extended forecast calls for a hot, humid weekend, too, but then it'll drop to the mid 80's next week. We have a chance of thunderstorms every day through Sunday.

Good morning all! Closing all of the curtains this morning to keep out the heat. Our old air conditioner broke and we only have two small window ones in my room and Ian's room going!:(

Oh Rolanda, I hope they give you a new card or figure out why it is not working! Can't go to China without a camera!

Last time MizT wished for lower humidity, she sent it north to me. If it gets any more humid here, I won't need a shower. I'll be wet all the time.

I am so tired that I can hardly stay upright...fell asleep watching a doco-drama about Rwanda and I'm a bit cross with myself! It was very interesting.
Fair near did myself in trying to keep up with Gail today!!

It has been a beautiful day down here June and so we spent most of the time out of doors. We decided that while the weather is good then we will work out doors and move indoors when the weather forces us too.

Despite that we did spend a while washing all the 'plastics' that I had sorted [emptied another 2 boxes there] and it has been neatly packed away on the shelf that Ms Fixit repaired for me last week. It had really frustrated me that my knees don't let me get down to do jobs like that... [and if they did I wouldn't be able to see...LOL...my bifocals aren't much good unless I am looking down to read something!!]

Luckily we finished the washing up before we realised that the HWS was pouring hot water all over the concrete outdoors. We couldn't work out how to turn off the water to the HWS and so have had the water turned off all day! That is what I will be chasing up tomorrow. Have looked up the service centre and want to find it if it is past its use by date...we have had to do a lot of repairs to it over the last few years and would prefer to put the money [?what money] towards a new one if it's going to be a really expensive repair job...it is over 16 years old when it is all said and done.

I had a look at underwater camera prices and was very surprised that some were very cheap.Probably the cheaper they are the quality of pix would be lower.I'm sure you have looked though.
