Broni, what is a thingypath? I am glad it is hleping, but interested to know that it is.
Suzy, can you make a DVD of the film of Ebob pitching and mail it to June?
June I hope your MIL is better today.
Warm again today, so fall clothing is in order. we are going out for the day. Have workmen in to do something about these pipes that keep lealing. I think they are going to replace all of them. glad we will not be here while that is going on. this is a man and son, both have worked for Al many times in his business, so I am not concerned having them in but mostly UNDER out house while we are gone.
I just hope we have water back on when we get home, that would be nice.
I forgot other things I was going to say, but must run and finish dressing, and have my breakfast, I also have to pack my lunch in case we cannot find a place to eat when it is time. My eating plan is very specific about when I must eat, timing is as important as what I eat. I have to plan ahead.

Hello lovely people - very late tonight, just waiting for an update to finish on my pooter or I'd be in bed by now.
Seems I missed Suzanne's Birthday - I hope it was a happy one.
Can't remember anything else.
Oh yes, Broni - I hope the thing-path does the trick.
Night all - gotta go.

Sleep well, Cyn.
Morning MzT!
I'm taking about 3 homeopathic rememdies with me to Oz and they can't be x-rayed...will have to show them to the security people and hope they will let them pass. Maybe I should have some extra on my person in case they confiscate the stuff.

Hope to be able to catch up soon. Been busy tearing down wallpaper and soccer games. Parents' Weekend in New Jersey this weekend at Brendan's college and then Parents' Weekend next weekend at Bryana's school. Got drawn into playing some games on FB during any free time. Hope all is well with everyone and all are recoving from your various ailments.♥
Looks like I missed Suzanne's birthday.
Suzanne! Hope you had a wonderful day!

Morning all!
MizT, won't it be wonderful to have pipes that don't leak! That's great news. Let's be optimistic and think that if these people weren't good workers Al wouldn't hire them to work for him with other things so you WILL have water when you get home...
Vici, if you let someone here know what remedies you want to bring with you we could look into whether or not they are available here if they do happen to be confiscated?
Stella, I read your post very quickly and had to go back because I read that you were tearing down soccer games... I know, duh! Your post made me think about how much we run around after our kids and when it would slow down. My mother came to my university twice - once before I enrolled when I was deciding what I would study, and then for my graduation ceremony 4 years later. There is light at the end of the tunnel...

Forgot, I put a few photos up. One is of Ebob pitching - I like that one because she is wearing the borrowed clothes she had to resort to because she left her baseball gear at school, a reminder forever of why she should have been born blonde. One is of the team when they were given their medals - I 'like' this one because it shows the consequences of doing your best at sport, the woman on crutches and the one in bare feet were both injured over the weekend. The third is the back of the medal they were given - woo hoo!

I wish I knew more about horses. The little old lady keeps lying down, getting up, lying down, getting up. I guess she's just tired and can't get comfortable because the ground is wet. At least I hope that's all it is...

Hello everyone!
Just popping in for a few minutes - yes I'm still alive, just REALLY busy! Tomorrow is the big day! Everything SEEMS to be going well, but there are so many last minute things, plus Rob's brother and his wife will now be spending the night after the wedding, which means sheets to change and wash, beds to remake, etc. (But still, it will be lovely to see them!)
Had a first yesterday - Rob is not allowed to mow the lawns, so he let me do it! Took a long time, but looks so much better - plus Rob got a good laugh at my strange mowing methods! All my new plants are planted and seem to be doing well and everything looks much better! I go outside sometimes just to look at everything and smile. :)
Ok, can't put it off any longer - I have floors to hsaw and ... oh, THINGS to do! I must leave you all - have a great day everyone! :D

Back again. The horse is doing much better. Because she was in the house yard we caught whatever is going on early. Lots and lots of walking and a massive dose of painkillers seem to have done the trick so far. She is about 30 years old so the big decision becomes - if when the pain killers wear off she goes down again, what is the next step? She was in pain which was the reason she was up and down and up and down. Now she is comfortable and resting. Breathing out...

John and Sean share October 9 as a birthday. John was 35 when Sean was born. He would have been 69 this today. It makes you think of the song "When I'm 64" which did not come true for two of the Beatles.

Back again before I head out for a while in my lovely clean car - seems a shame to take it out on the road now, but needs must.
Judy - I hope the big day is all you expect and want, and more. Have a great time and, above all, DO NOT stress. OK?
Suzy - glad the horse is better for the moment. Did you get your new car yet? Or just one step closer?
Happy Birthday to vdV - Enjoy your day.

A late hello from me today - already past 10 p.m. So good to see you all!
Mamacita, thanks for the newsy update. You have been busy and sounds like you will continue to be busy for a while - but good busy and relatives and a wedding! Thanks for letting us know all is well!
Oh, dear, Suzy, ffuts and the ants and poison! Very frightening, especially for the ants! I've been told that tsud is not so much of a problem if it remains still and calm on surfaces. It's when it gets all stirred up and excited that it causes trouble for those with allergies. My story - and I'm sticking to it!
June, I hope your MIL is feeling much better and that any tummy bug doesn't get shared with you and Ken - and Laura - and your grandson who is coming!
Brenda, your countdown is now down to 3 weeks! I'm sure Tami will work extra hard to lower the temps for your arrival!
Hello also to Gail, Broni, Vici, MizT, Stella, Judy, Tami and Rolanda!
Did I miss vdV's birthday? My apologies if I did. Just in case,
vdV! I hope you have a wonderful day and yummy cake
to share with your family!

MizT, great idea for Suzy to take a video of Ebob's pitching and get it to June so Mr. June (Ken) can take a look at it and give suggestions!

Judy have a wongerful time tomorrow and do not cry too much.
Cyn, feeling better each day, 'tis bloody amazing what a few changes in diet can do. Went back on Wednesday and he has cured my headaches as well, back and neck were way out of kilt and my neck and back muscles had knots like rocks!
Not really here as you can see hehe!
Hi to all, may you day keep on improving.

Afternoon all!
Worrying day here. The old lady got bad again - a second vet visit and an even stronger pain killer... It's about 3 hours since that second shot and she is eating and drinking for the first time today! Just when we were making plans to ensure she was in the paddock and not the house yard overnight 'just in case' she seems to have bounced back. Just can't keep an old lady down I guess... Julie, she was doing colicky things, only she has good 'gut sounds'. The vet thinks it might be kidney/bladder. Blood test results in the morning. I'm glad I'm not paying the vet bills!

I knew I had forgotten something. I saw my friend Lesley's parents today and they told me that she is coming out of hospital for good (or until she has to go back in) today. She was home last weekend for a trial. She is very nervous about being home and I doubt that she will be up to doing much for a while but she will be home. The good news is that the Drs. have said that they will be able to reverse the Stoma soon, which is good as she has been having problems with it.
