BRONI!! Buy got there first! Since I did not make a CP I shall keep on posting then hehe.

Oh I am so glad we heard from Ray ray, but the MRSA infection is not good, it can take so very long to recover from that, almost nothing is working on that bug now! It has been a long recovery and could be as much longer. I hope he gets well soon.

He was thrilled. He ate half the cake AFTER eating a 1 pound steak, a potato and a mountain of broccoli.

Broni, congrats on the TOPP! How is your boat doing?

MizT, you are really set - 2 deer plus 20 pounds! I'm a bit jealous. Our neighbor promised us some venison sausage last year, but never gave us any. I'm so glad you and Al will have good heart-healthy meat to eat for the year!

Well, Heidi, at least he had some broccoli - a good cruciferous vegatable. The 1 pound steak and potato (probably covered in some tasty things like sour cream and shredded cheese and bacon bits?) and half the cake - you shouldn't need to feed him tomorrow.

Good Night, Heidi! Sleep tight!

By the way, don't let my husband find out what you fed your husband for his birthday. I think I'd be in big trouble.

Heidi are you still giving him a hard time about his age today?
Hi Julie, how are you? Final painting stages for the boat but the weather has been very unkind to us, it has been too hot to work with 2 pack it was drying too quickly and they are predicting rain this weekend. GRRRRR!

Broni, I hope you have many other things you can enjoy when the weather doesn't cooperate for you to work on the boat!

It's nearly midnight here, so I really need to get myself to bed. I hope all you DUGs enjoy the rest of your day!

Missed you by () much Julie!
Sleep well.

Just got back from the shopping centre and hannah got a lovely dress, first one she looked at. Great, meant we were in and out in no time...I hate shopping!

Hi SA7. Have had an awful past two days here with a headache I cannot shift.
It has been so very hot and humid though and I never function too good in this. My blood pressure does not like it either.
Just waiting on hubby to come home so we can eat tea.

Sending you soothing head thoughts and a cool, wet flannel Viv.
I do feel for you, never have been keen on humidity.

Sending another wet washer Viv, figure Gails would be warm by now...

Gail, that was what happened when we bought Ally's red dress. We left early because I thought we'd be at it all day - first dress she tried on!

Man! As if I didn't waste enough time on this blasted pooter, I have now discovered many more ways. Facebook is a curse, and now it's Friends Reunited. You can also do a family tree search via Genes Reunited, a sister site to the other one.
It looks as if nothing is ever going to get done around here again!

Good morning all! Another warm day, 27F. But it's supposed to get cold again over the weekend.

Viv, you need to visit here where it is cold and dry. Although the difference might be too much of a shock! Hope you feel better!

Heidi, funny youtube! I've often wondered why humans are the opposite of the animal kingdom. Male animals are always the beautiful ones of the species. They have to primp and preen and showoff for the female to get their attention in the hope that the girl will choose them. Humans are the opposite even though the drive is the same. Women dress up and try to make themselves as beautiful as possible to get a man's attention! It's not even necessary!hehe

MizT, glad the squish went well and that you were finally able to get the venison!

June, that was a scary situation with an aggressive truck driver late at night. I would have slowed down some more until he got off my tail and I too would have reported him!!

Good morning Becky! Therapy is good and bad. I'm told that it will help and a lot of people have this, but it is also painful and takes a while to recover afterwards. My brother wanted me to drive to his court appearance this morning(3 hours one way), but I just don't feel up to it. I have to drive to that same place on Sunday to bring Brendan back to school and two trips is just too much!

I understand. I drove my SIL to hers after her hip surgery. She'd be feeling ok when we went in and for about 30 minutes after. This summer she has to have the other hip replaced again. Her first implant has been recalled.

Speaking of, Brendan and 2 of our neighbors are driving to Meghan's school to visit her today and I need to get some valentine stuff to send to her. I got her a pair of boots to replace the ones she's been wearing since 8th grade. I have to run out to get some chocolate.
