Just want to leave my footprint saying I was here today...nothing much to say other than to bid you all a fair day/night. Peace... A wild storm is currently upon us so I'm closing down to avoid being struckby lightning.

Hi, Gail, Julie & Mary (and whoever else may have joined the group while I wasn't looking)! Just finished dinner and now I'm taking a break from watching the US Open (golf). Tiger is not playing great, and I get nervous when his game is off - for some strange reason.

JANE, I feel nervous for athletes when they are not doing well, also, and want to leave the room. I thought that was just me. It is an uncomfortable feeling isn't it?

MAMACETA, you be careful in the storms. we have had our share of rain today, but only a bit of mild thunder. We do not need more scary lightning/storm stories posted here.

Kitties stayed close indoors all day today. Scooter kitty who hid under the kitchen table during all the lightning and thunder yesterday, was skittish when it trumbled in the distance. Screech could not be coaxed to go on out if there was a drop of water, but she was the wetttest kitty I have ever seen when she came inside yesterday. wherever she hid from the storm, was a very wet hiding place!

Hi, Rena, June, Mary, Gail, Mamacita, Jane, MizTricia, and Rolanda! We're glad you visited, Jane! Thanks for updating the cookbook! Gail, thanks for your fortnight of menu ideas! Have most of us experienced rain in the last day or two? We had some thunder & lightning, but not as close as you, MizTricia! However, we noticed a small tree we had planted two years ago was not doing well. The man from the nursery said it had been hit by lightning. Luckily, it must have taken the full force, as it's no more than about 15 - 20 feet from the front corner of the house (not the corner where electrical and phone come in).

post about time out message took 25+ seconds, timed out again. It would not be so bad if I did not have to close out the error message, and resign in to page one of SA5, and click on the current page, all that takes forever! well, at least in computer time.

Broni, were you going to empty your bladder into that bucket?

Or are the stars behind that letter P standing in for other letters, like UK and E??
