Hello, Sudoku Friends! It has been ages (again) since I have been able to visit. I don't have time to read any recent (or even old) comments. I just wanted to pop in and say HI! and let all of you know how much I miss you!

ZOOOOOM ZOOOOOM!
It stopped raining, my grass dried enough for me to mow late this fternoon. Well, actually it was dry fore late afternoon, but I had to wait for the UV index to drop below 3 so I did not have to "suit up" and slip, slap and slop to go mow.

Grass had grown sooo tall! Had to raise the mowing deck up a notch, and still was cutting way to much off in places. but it is done again for another week, and if I am lucky for a week and a half!

HEIDI, did you get your tractor in for repairs yet? now that would be a mower, 75 horse power hehehe

Afternoon all! I have walked my entire walk today!!!!! Yay!!! So far I have had enough half way through. I figure I will be fit enough to quit when I can get all the way through without feeling exhausted....

I could only post once this morning, which was probably just as well as it was a usual hectic morning in my house.... Yesterday Ebob suddenly remembered that her assignment wasn't due today, it was due yesterday - mad rush to get it finished followed by ride to school (her bus leaves at 7.55, but school doesn't start until 9 so getting a ride gives her nearly an hour extra to work). This morning she just missed the bus!

Julie... I joined in early May, but was lurking for 9 months before that. My chickens can't bunny hop, but my 2 rabbits can.
MizT... Idiot husband has NOT had the tractor in for repairs. Thankfully, I also have a 45 HP tractor, and an 8 ft. Finish mower to go behind it. I can do a lot of mowing with that!
Now I NEED to go to bed!

I think it was lucky I registered some weight loss otherwise I don't know how motivated I would have been to keep going back!

I'm trying to be patient with the site because I know Gath is otherwise engaged - an I think even more of him for it! - but we did say we'd keep track of when problems were happening to help with diagnosis, so I posted my probs...

It's been like that ever since I started walking Vici. I was super motivated to finish today so I could sit guilt free in here for a while before the afternoon rush started!

And look what happened - I got to complain to you!!! Sorry about that, feeling a tad too sorry for myself at the moment!

Suzy - I think you are one busy mum and a hard worker...I'm very impressed with all you accomplish.
I'm like that too, though, I'll push to get something done so I can relax a bit.

I just wish I could accomplish a 3000 word paper followed by a 4 week prac!

Finally. Got my computer back up to speed and look at all I missed (another cruise and a dust-up). A neighbor "borrowed" my laptop and went somewhere that shut down IE. She did this once before and I asked this last time where all she planned on going. "Oh, just checking my work e-mail." The next thing I knew she was all over the place hitting links. Last time, no more, nope, no way.

Honestly tho, can't blame my absence all on her. Life got in the way. Been helping neighbors who have ill family members, trying to get things here back up to snuff, etc.

Suzy, have you thought about getting a child's wagon to haul your pamphlets? We used one when we delivered sales flyers a few years ago. In the winter, sometimes we'd take a couple of belts, hook the bags on them and wear like bandeleros.

BTW, try eating a banana before and after delivering. There's something in them that help the muscles from getting as sore.

suzy, i do have to say i'm feeling for your ally. the performance is the pay off for all the hard work. i think she should just sing with the adults. as for singing in SF... well, let's just say i am a choir member for a reason-i don't solo! also suzy congrats on the lost poundage! i'm glad there is a reward for your hard work. shosho has inspired me to get off my big bahooda and get to the gym. i can hardly move today as i did pilates yesterday. owww! even the tops of my feet are sore!

BTW, think I'll keep my hubby. It's taken me over 20 years to train him (still not finished) and am too old to start all over.

a belated woohoo for you cynb!!!! r and r for here on out right? as for the hubby situation... i'll keep mine too. we've been married 15 years and i am really good at all his problems. wouldn't want to trade for new ones. besides, he is really a fab guy. it could be that absence really does make the heart grow fonder. he will be home fri and will get to stay until tues!!! yeah!
