I've been puzzling here for a few years, but don't post much during the summer.

Gday Cinji, to the wacky world of Sudokuland. Join in the madness, the more the merrier I always say. I live in a small town just outside Melbourne, which is the capital city of Victoria, a state of Australia. We are in the mountain range to the east of the city, huge eucalyptus trees and massive tree ferns. We are about half an hours drive to the snowfields, so quite cold as you can imagine. Anyhoo, enough about me. Here's a plate of nibblies and a bottle of bubbly to toast your new page. Hope you have heaps of visitors. Remember, the more pages you visit, the more people will come to yours for a chat.

Hi Cinji I like Gail live in Victoria but I'm up on the northwest border on the Murray River it's very hot in Summer and gets below zero celius at night in winter. It's a great site to have fun as well as doing the puzzles. A happy to brighten your day.

HI Cinji. I live in a rural area near a small university town in Central Alabama. The area is agriculture, growing peaches and other small fruits, cattle and horses. It is usually hot and humid summers, but we are having the lowest humidity I have ever seen this summer, and a drought.

Hi Cinji! Nice to meet you. to Sudokuland and your own page. I live in Bowie, Maryland. It's halfway between Annapolis (capital of MD) and Washington, DC. I am near the Chesapeake Bay, famous for it's blue crabs. As a welcome gift, I am leaving a big pot of Maryland Cream of Crab soup for you and your guests to enjoy. Cinji, I live in Naperville, IL voted the best city to bring up a child several years ago. We are a suburb of Chicago - 60 miles southwest. The big thing around here this summer is the Cicada - they live in the ground for 17 years and then come up to mate. Not so much in my area - newer neighborhood - but in the forest, older area - they are everywhere and loud - sound like a UFO (as if I ever heard one - this is what it would sound like.) We are getting ready for Ribfest - always around the 4th of July - music and RIBS mmmmm - I save some... have a good sudoku day, Mary

Oh, yes, please do submit the redbud in ice photo, Cinji. As horrible as ice storms are, that type of photo is exquisite. That was quite something, though, to actually brave that much ice for a photo for Sudokuland.
