To unwind, please visit the vineyard's holiday tasting. We have quite a spread prepared... smoked salmon, bagels, assorted veggies and cheeses, roast beef with 'killer' horseradish, chicken bites, sweet potato cake, tim tams, cookies, hot chocolate, tea, coffee and, of course, many wines to taste. Merry Christmas.
Just thought I’d drop you in a bottle of home made LEMON CORDIAL. It’s fantastic with water and with soda water. Cheers.
Ingredients:
Juice of 7 large lemons
Grated rind of 5 large lemons
1 kg sugar
1.5 litres of water
25g citric acid
Method:
1.In a large pan, boil up sugar, water, grated peel and citric acid.
2.Take off the heat and add juice, If preferred, this may be strained.
3.Bottle whilst still hot into clean, sterilised (in oven ) bottles

Bonjour Fiona! Yes!!! We are repairing the first class cabin of our plane that 'somebody' trashed on the trip to Napa. This time, we'll be cruising around the world for a New Year's bash at 35,000 feet. There will be extra security on board to tame even the wildest party animals. Put on something very sparkly; tell us the airport closest to you, and we fly in to scoop you up!

I'll accept your greetings by proxy anyway and hope that 2007 brings many good things your way. My grandmother used to always ask my father to be the first to enter her house on New Year's Day, as he was tall, dark and handsome. I'd almost forgotten that tradition.

Fiona, Thanks for dropping by my page! Sorry the math teacher bit put you off!! Believe it or not, I am also certified to teach English. My math kids really don't appreciate that fact when I am critical of what they write me on their math pages.
Maybe you just didn't like math because you had the wrong math teachers in school?

Fiona, my ancestors came from Scotland, but that was three generations ago. So the ties with Scotland may have faded a little, but they are still strong. It is a lovely country.
