Hello Fiona - I talked to my dad today and I told him that he shares the same birthdate with a lady in France and that you had wished him a Happy Birthday. He thought that was very kind and he hopes that you had a nice birthday, also.

Hello Fiona - My dad was 76 on his birthday. He is a sweet man! He has been so good to take care of my mom while she has been ill. They have their own home on a corner lot. He has been doing all of the yard work and the housework inside. They live in Southern Florida and it is warm there year around.

Are you having nice weather? Has it been warm?

Thank you for the nice comments on my pictures. I feel like a very lucky lady with my family.

To Scott! He sure is a cutie - can see that he has his Mom's gorgeous eyes. And I think I detect a little glimmer of mischievousness, too! He reminds me a lot of my grandson Bryce who will 6 in Aug. I tried to leave a comment on Scott's pic on Flickr, but the comment section didn't show up?? Will he have a birthday party with his friends? What kind of theme, food, gifts, did he want? Could you post a picture of your fairy cakes??

Yes, Fiona - I'm on skype. Beehive actually helped me set it up early last year and I also got some help from Ian from Thailand, who we don't see on the site very much these days, if at all.
