I am feeling much better thanks. My Dad used to have asthma and I am sure the pollen was a problem. He loved Queensland for the humidity and his asthma was much better there.

We live in the foothills and the wind is terrible in Summer - just about get blown away.

Just catching up with today's posts in SA and would like say how much I appreciate you taking the time to read my post and comment on it. I no longer feel comfortable or welcome on easy, as I fall into the category of people who apparently, if they do not hold all the facts, have no right to either have an opinion or are allowed to voice it.
I feel that yesterday became a condescending and patronizing bash on one particular person, and I think it was very cruel.
From now on, I may read easy and most days, I will do the puzzle, but I will stick to posting on SA where none of us seems to take the p*ss out of anyone...unless of course, if that is the flavour of the day! I feel a lot 'safer' there, cos I just aint smart enough to mix it elsewhere.

Hey CynB, it was a pleasure meeting you and Col, albeit for 45 mins!!! The trip was glorious, apart from some small entanglement with crabs and slicing my feet up on coral, it was terrific!
Got back in time to produce a lunch for Bec's birthday, not bad considering I had nothing that resembled food in the house the night before. Hope your daughter had lovely celebration too. Good to hear that your trip to WA was so memorable, and if you return I'll try and make time to sup with you.

Took mum to her specialist appt in West Perth this morning, and as we were early, I parked in Kings Park for a bit to while away the time.
Gorgeous warm day here today, and the view to the city and river was awesome !!
