I have done the most unbelievably silly thing...instead of writing out a nice message and doing a 'copy and paste' on everybody's page I have been jabbering on to everybody individually and now I am losing the plot!!!! [some of you I know suspect that I lost it long ago and I'm sure that Broni will confirm that to you after the meet at Gails place!!!]
I told my SIL last night on the phone when she asked me to jump on a cheap flight and head North [they live at Coomera?] that I would love too and that there were lots of people up there that I wanted to meet and when she asked where I went ..DUH!!!! ....up there somewhere.... but then she never had reasons to doubt me b4....
She is really good at the chicken dance so I'll get her to give me a lesson or too and we can have a dance off WATCH OUT!!

Cynthia, I love the photo of your parents! Your dad looks like a wonderful fellow, and I'm sure that you miss him very much. Thanks for sharing your tribute ... and you shouldn't apologize for doing so! All of the generations of your family that you have pictured are beautiful and happy. You are doing a good job in your roles as daughter, wife, mother, and grandmother!

Don't send her the jokes - it hurts too much to laugh. I should know. We left Fiji so I could come home to get my appendix out - not a great way to end a honeymoon. My father refused to offer a "money-back guarantee" on the wedding. Gotta love those Dads. He also promised to buy a new ladder just so I could elope.
Seriously though, thanks for looking after Broni. Where is she in hospital? If she's close I might be able to visit.

Oh my gosh!!!! I had about 22 messages in my inbox today just from Sudoku friends wishing me a 'Happy Birthday'! Thank you so much for all of your kind thoughts and wishes especially when I haven't been around for so long. It has been a wonderful day and a lovely weekend. Rick and I went away to a romantic chalet at Springbrook with an open fireplace and we went bushwalking etc. I have uploaded a photo of Kiarah and some others onto 'my page'. Photos taken 26th May 2008. Kiarah is just about 18 months old now and still gorgeous hahaha....
