Hi Mamacita, haven't been able to catch up much lately, just read your comment on ''regrouping'' - guess I am doing the same thing. I have run away from home all by myself to a town on the coast about 2 hours drive from Canberra. I'm just chilling out, reading books, watching movies, doing lots of thinking. Life has been very stressful lately.

Today was my weigh in day. Since I was away regrouping for awhile, renewing my spirit, I must have been getting too serene to lose any weight, because that is what happened! A big fat nothing lost this week. I still weigh much less than I did when I started so I won't let it get me down, but I am disappointed. I had gotten spoiled seeing the numbers going down on the scale...oh well, have to get back to the drawing board so that next week's results will be better!

Do not get discouraged if you don't loose weight every week. Those 'plateaus' are horrible! but we have to keep on till we reach our goal.
