Hey Sarah Beth, You are looking good girl. I got to walk about a mile this morning and still eating less and drinking plenty of water, but didn't get to the gym today. This was rest my body day. Tomorrow I'll have to miss out to because Sully has a doctor's appointment. This only means I'll be in the gym on Friday and Sat to get my workouts in. Oh well, we do what we ave to do!h

it is difficult to get extra exercise when it is snowing and so cold but you can be innovative and find some indoor exercises and then using things from your cupboard as weights to help with more resistance. I know you will be motivated and then when the weather improves you will be off and running on a healthier lifestyle.

Hi Sarah Beth, haven't seen you post lately and hope things are well. We have been getting lots of snow lately and Addy is finding that when the snow is deeper than you are it is hard to get around. There is a photo of her in the snow on my page.

Wow Sarah Beth I lerv your puppies! They are gorgeous. Look eminently cuddlable! Bet they can't wait for spring either. We can't wait for autumn! Poor Rosie our soon to be 6 year old cocker spaniel has had to go for walks in the park on lead as there are heaps of poisonous brown snakes down there. We did let her off today to jump in the creek as she was getting so hot. But no running through the long grass for the last four months. Oh for the cool nights, to be able to sleep snuggled up under the blankies, rather than tossing and turning from being uncomfortably hot!

Hi,Sarah Beth, Thanks for the nice comments on my princess Jessica. My wife and I have been together for 7 years but we did not get officially married until September 16/06. Freckles would just love to play with Brutus and Sierra. Being a puppy, he just loves to play! LOL Your pics are quite nice as well...beautiful family, and I love the dogs! And hey, how did you know beer is my weakspot? I also love cinnamon cheescake..my wife's specialty...be sure to grab some of that from my fridge. Oh and by the way, If I'm not mistaken, that looks like a 1975 Corvette there in the pics...AWESOME toy!

I would love to go to Colorado one day...wanna see an Av's game on their home ice! I think Sakic is awesome...woulda loved to see em with Roy and Forsberg too...but oh well. Now that the brewery aint far away...it's more incentive to go! WOOOOHOOOOO

Mar. 5 - Sarah Beth, for some reason I didn't get an e-mail when you posted your mesage on my page?? Don't think there is anything cuter in the world than Golden puppies. I would love to have another puppy, but hope that we will find an older dog we like at some shelter. Most people choose puppies so it is usually the older dogs that end up being euthanized. Will be anxious to see what sex your new grandbaby will be! Even though I already have seven I would love to have another one!! I LOVE puppies & babies

Hello Sarah Beth, Long time between visits so I wanted to give you a shout out and hope all is going well for you. How's your back? Its a difficult ailment to get away from. Love the pets, one however couldn't care about having his/her picture taken, but the cat and the other beauty posed nicely for the camera...lol. Give me a visit when time permits.
