Didn't get back to bed yet. I got a phone call telling me that 4 pied peachicks I bought were waiting for me at the Post Office at the county seat.
FYI .... Pied means that they have splashes of white irregularly all over them. Like a Pinto horse.

Hello all! Just have a minute. It's been a crazy morning! First bringing Bryana to the doctors and then Ian was sent home from school and I have to bring him to the doctor now.

I was woken this morning at 2am by cats fighting.Wish they would keep them inside at night.
For my birthday,I received the new purse I asked for,with $100 in it,set of 4 knitting looms,12 long stem red roses,a car sticker from my comic brother which said "Go bra-less.It will pull the wrinkles from your face",and dinner at Renaes.
It is lovely to have both of my kids living here now and to be able to see the grandkids often.

We're having ANOTHER thunderboomer right now. Did Hitchcock ever do a movie with thunderstorms? He should have.

I've had a busy day taking Callie to the vet this morning for an op on her head, it's a long story but she was attacked and bitten when she was a puppy, the bite pushed a piece of skin under the rest of her scalp and the hair continued to grow inside her head. This was becoming infected regularly. I picked her up this afternoon and now have to try and stop her running around. She has been feeling sorry for herself this evening.

Back again after a nap.You can join my family Heidi,you would be very welcome.
I don't think I will put the sticker on my car I'll find a place here in the computer room.

Brenda.... with Callie. Poor girl. Did they remove that flap under the skin?

Yes they removed the flap along with all the hair which had grown under the skin. As long as we can keep Callie from going into the bushes for a few days she will be OK.
Indi has been so good with her. Callie tried to instigate a play session, but Indi wouldn't play she must realise that it would be bad for Callie right now.

She'll feel SO much better once the incision has healed. That hair and flap must have been so annoying for her.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again.... Indi is a wonderful girl!
