The self hypnosis worked nicely, and I got a nice night's sleep! And yes, I have made an appointment with my Doctor. Her schedule is really booked, and she had no openings until 13 days from now.

Now everyone can stop nagging.

Oh, how rude of me..... Good mAen, everybody!

I'm having problems with REALLY slow loading throughout the site, and timing out.

Heidi - I give you my NAG anyway, cos you're so good with animals! Glad you got some sleep - hugs to you, my friend.
OH Mariana - I LOVE your bright cheer across the pages! You were SO missed when your computer was down.
OK - just popped in while I had some lunch - have to go out and paint the garage and have Book Club tonight, so I hope I can check in before I sleep.

Morning everyone!

MizT I understand your logic in wanting to get everything organised by the 9th, but have you noticed that your efforts have had nasty consequences? We aren't getting to see you very much!!

An Aussie good morning to you all. Another busy day with the sucky lady this morning and there is so much to pick up off the floor. Inluding a tractor made from cushions, toy animals and whatever across the hallway. "It cannot go Grandma as it hasn't got wheels" and "don't move it".
Then drive the 1 1/4 hours to other daughter to help with a water tank she is having delivered today.
Probably no time to visit Sharon but she does have a phone beside her bed and we can phone her at ant time.

June, I love the tractor! They grow so quickly and it is wonderful to relive my kids teeny tiny years through your stories.

I'm guessing your other daughter will be at work when the tank is due to be delivered. Have you told her that she can't request any costumes for the next little while?

Suzy, I was taught the self hypnosis some 30 years ago by a great shrink in New Jersey (USA). I credit him with saving my life.

story of my life right now. not a sad story really, but indeed a lot of picking up in it! my elsa always wants me to sing so she can dance. she has been dancing all day. it is sort of fun to watch her be bootiful as i pick up and clean. i will miss her dancing when she gets older. i won't miss the toys and junk she and the others spread around for me to clean! off to go pick up (in the car) my benny from work. it is just too hard to walk a mile i guess! he does help out a lot so i can do him a small favor.

SUZY, sorry I am not here as much this week, but I am getting so much stuff done! Today was bedroom and bathroom. Even sorted my closet and got everything back to being hung by color.

NO I AM NOT OBSESSIVE/COMPULSIVE. I just have a closet where there is not good light, and it is over crowded cause it is small. I found myself spending a long time daily finding pants and a top. I would find pants and start to look for a shirt the correct color, only to find a shirt I liked that did not go with those pants, so I would start to find pants to go with that, but could not find them, and on and on and on untill I was almost ready to put on ANY shirt with any pants hehehe.

So when I started thinking of things I might do to simplify my life, arranging my closet was one. all shirts on top rod, all bottoms on bottom rod, and sort them by color. Now I can pick a shirt, and imediately know if the pants I need are clean. Saves a lot of problems for me.

about every 2-3 months I have to sort them out again, things will manage to move about when I am not looking. OH, and I have an over the door hook where I have 2 or 3 "grab it and go" complete outfits, good for when I have to make an unexpected run for something. Like yesterday, I had to run get meds at the doc and they would be closing soon. grabed the first outfit hanging and changed quickly and out the door.

I have other simplify my life things, should I put some of them up also?

A Good day/night to all....a quiet day here and nearing time to walk Jazz. I've tried to catch up on some of the goings on, but still feel out of the loop a bit.
June, sorry to hear that you are so busy planning to nurse both daughter and grandee...lots of picking up and care giving...rewarding but tiring. Remember to give yourself a break from time to time. Rolanda,
Viv, Bronti, Miz T, Dino and any one else who is, has been or may be facing heath issues, soon be fully restored to good health. Good to have read that Cyndi is feeling better. I miss Brenda, Rena, Julie, and others frequent comments...hope to chat soon.
BTW, One of my favorite performers at the Jazz Festival had just returned from two weeks in OZ....Hername is Barbara Morrison. If-shes in your area anytime soon, try to catch her show...shes lots of fun. Hope to catch you on the flip side...much to catch up on.

MAMA, good to see you! sorry I missed a chance to chat with you. Enjoy walking Jazz. I found you can never really catch up, just start reading every day again from where you are, and if you do not understand something, ASK, and we will set you straight.

Cyn... DON'T worry about it! The business has been sold. You have the money. It's no longer your problem or responsibility. If the new owner would rather travel, it's his problem. If he wants to run it into the ground, IT'S HIS PROBLEM!!!
Your problem is getting on with your life.

Lovely shots eaa.

fellow SA5ers.

As you well know, I am not really here, ok?
All the machines are running and I don't feel like dragging the sucky thing around today, so having a sneak peek before I go to the shopping centre for a spot of lunch, pick up hubby's glasses and a couple of token items for Father's Day.
