Hi, Scrappingmami! Thanks so much for your visit. I'm sure everyone who visits my page will enjoy the Ted Drews frozen custard and the Crispy Creme donuts! Is Ted Drews frozen custard a local specialty? Does it serve only frozen custard & items made with it - or maybe an eat-in with meal-type choices? I haven't heard of it. Like mymare, we have Culver's from Wisconsin. (I live nearer to Wisconsin than she does.) The sun has started to peak through, and the local health club is having a pool party today, so I'm sure they're glad it wasn't scheduled for yesterday! Here's hoping your heat wave releases its hold on you. We are experiencing some unseasonably beautiful weather - temps in the 80's and little humidity. It is supposed to warm up later in the week, but in the meantime I'm enjoying what we've got!!

I too lurked for a while before becoming much more active on the site about two years ago. As a school teacher, my participation goes up and down, but this has been a very interesting, welcoming, invigorating site.
