Sheri from St. Louis, MO

I grew up in Kirkwood (KHS, 1976) and wondered where in the St. Louis area you hail from. I now live in Jupiter, Florida, the spring training home of the 2006 World Champion Saint Louis Cardinals.

I just discovered that I had a page here. Creve Coeur is where we live - Parkway North area. Graduated from U. City in '73.
Do you go to any games, Jim?
The new stadium here is neat looking, but I haven't liked the views from most of the seats - you feel less connected with the game - round worked better, if you ask me!

Me and my son visited the New Busch Stadium and saw the Cards lose to the CA Angels last weekend. I think the new stadium is easier to get in and out of, but I liked the old round place better. I visited the (ancient) Sportsman's Park as a small boy with Dad and Grandfather back in 1965. You know you are getting up there when you close TWO stadiums in your hometown (Hmmmm does the blown-up Arena make 3?) I am only in town a few days, staying with sis and BIL near Parkway South. Hitting all the STL spots like the Dog Museum, Museum of Transport, Pasta House, Hacienda, seeing old friends. Then back to coastal Florida where it NEVER reaches 96F!!!!
