Chayote, we actually have a mountain range in the US called The Blue Ridge Mountains! If you look it up, you'll see very similar photos to the one on today's (29 Nov 2014) 'hard' page. There is a parkway that runs the length of it called The Blue Ridge Mountain Parkway that is a wonderful drive. Another possibility is in the Smoky Mountain National Park in the Appalachian Mountain range just west of there. Both are in the Eastern US.

Hello Chayote! Wow, you have been around for a long time! I'm sorry I had not noticed your name in comments before. But today I picked up on your announcement of the granddaughter you are expecting in June. That's so exciting! Did you mean the first grandchild or the first granddaughter? I am expecting my 3rd granddaughter, 9th grandchild, in July. The first granddaughter was born in 1996! They are ALL so special. Congratulations! Do you live near enough to see the baby soon after birth?

Just in case you didn't go back to medium and read my reply, I copied and pasted it.
'That's not good, Chayote. As we know, termites are far worse than ants. I've had them outside but thankfully, not in the house. I had them treated over a five year period.
Wish your husband a Happy Birthday from me. It was my 70th two weeks ago.
