Aileen, thank you so much for celebrating my birthday with me last week, I had so much fun reading all the posts.
The family went out to dinner that night, then the next day we had yet another party for my youngest daughter's 16th. I then had the pleasure of a lunch on Sunday with some of our Sudoku family who spoiled me wonderfully.
It doesn't get much better than that!

I (furtively looking around) already started the celebration last Saturday. Just when I was trying to hide the fact I hit the big 6 0, my lil bro throws me a surprise party to yell it out! Was about to throttle him but there were witnesses!

Hi Aileen! Thankyou for your birthday wishes. I had a great day, my daughter brought the grandies up for the day (3 hour drive). Hubby & son spoilt me rotten, then we went out for dinner.

Aileen, thanks so much for the cheerful birthday wishes! We indeed celebrated heartily, and in fact, are still at it, with hubby's birthday tomorrow. (Yes, I'm the predatory older woman, by two whole days, and don't think he doesn't let me forget it!)

Hello Aileen! Thank you for the birthday wishes! No, I didn't celebrate over the week-end. My husband took me out to a nice dinner last night and on the way home we picked up a very deliciouse chocolate cake and he gave me flowers. It was a very nice evening!

Oh Aileen, you hang in there, Girlfriend! I just got to know you and here you go and get sick! Didn't we have fun with Kathi and Robert? We have got to get together again! So you get well and I expect by the time my spring break rolls around you'll be well enough for us to have another rollicking great time. In May I expect Dino from Australia will be here. You have got to meet her she's wonderful! And maybe Plum, too. So get well and we're going to have fun!

Ah dear..I can perfectly understand your condition.I know pretty well that no word can ease things, but thats the only thing I can offer now..please hang in there. Virtually we all will be with you, and do think of it at your tough time..
Best wishes for a comfortable recovery at the earliest. I have a very close relative undergoing this plight right now..2 sittings over, and 4 to go.For her too it is the second time.
