Thank you for answering so quickly, you are right life is generous which brings me to tell you that June, my friend, just announced to me that she is expecting her third child for August. She is such a perfect mom and has such a beautiful personality ...it makes me very happy to hear that news. She would smile to think that I am talking about her all the way to Lebanon.

Well I just had to call June and ask her. She told me that they are from the south, her mom a Sobhieh from Blat and her dad a Barakat from Marjeyoun. She also said that her mom has a cousin Jeanne d'Arc that they call Jano and that in the lebanese community call June, Zako , because of her grandmother...

Hi again, June was very young when they came to Canada but she still has a lot of family in Lebanon and they went back twice to visit not that long ago. When they went back to visit the whole family went, June and her baby and husband, her mom and dad and her two sisters. They stayed almost a month. June speaks French, English and Arabic...she is very talented and near 37-38.You too must be busy, we will keep in touch!

Jano, have noticed you have been posting here and there, and wanted to come in and say "ello".
How is everything going, last I heard you mentioned something about eye surgery, am I correct?

jano, thanks for the "good luck!" wishes at the dentist. I needed it. This has not been much fun. Usually going to the dentist does not bother me at all. Not sure I like this dentist.

Hi Jano, I want to thank you personally for your birthday greeting. I just joined, but have enjoyed this site for many years. Actually, my birthday isn't until November 4th. I'm not sure where Gath came up with April 10th, but it made for a very special day. The timing couldn't have been better. I strongly believe, that all things, even mistakes, happen for a reason. Thanks for stopping by. Glad you enjoyed the photo spread. The entire town's main center is what is pictured in those few blocks. When you hear me talk about Britt Festivals throuout the summer - you will know to where I am referring.

Jacksonville - is a step back into the past - most of the downtown (those few blocks shown are downtown) is over 100 to 150 years old. Gold was discovered in 1851 & that is why there is a Jacksonville. Occassionally some kids will do some panning in the creek during the summer.

Jano, I became "acquainted" with you at our Sudokuite adventure in Venice Floida with Chalkboard, Kathy and Debbie. I will surely keep you in my thoughts with the turmoil in your country. A dear friend of our in NY was forced out of Lebanon; he loved that country. I do wish you could visit Florida and I could meet you in person. Be careful.

My Husband and sons took me out to dinner to a Chinese Restaurant, and on the Sunday, we had a delicious Roast Dinner at MIL’s.
