Speaking grandies... the twins called while I was out having my free birthday dinner and left the best rendition of the birthday song on my answering machine. It started out timid and quiet and at the end they were almost yelling! Sooooo funny! Think I'll keep that message for awhile!

Judy, thank you for the birthday wishes. I have enjoyed my day. Cooler today than it had been all week. We went to Yum Cha for lunch with the family members who still live in Sydney. Celebrated with the Melbourne lot before they went home a week ago. I have enjoyed the weekend without any treatments. Felt much brighter today but back at the hospital for Ray treatment at 8.15 AM tomorrow. We will be home before ( AM and then we have a lunch with a local club Ken belongs to (99 people booked to attend). We will also have Laura back with us as it is school holidays.

for the birthday wishes! I started the day with sweets from my sweetie (a lemon-filled Bismark), a cherry pie to celebrate at my watercolor class and scrumptious brownies delivered by UPS later! Think I'll have to diet today!

Thanks Judy for the B/day wish. I have been pretty neglectful of the Sudoku site. I spent a great weekend in Sacramento area at a Powered Parachute Fly-in. About 3 years ago, I started flying and have been spending a lot of time pursuing that hobby. I spend a lot of time on Facebook and have not set my morning routine to do Sudoku. Anyway, nice to hear from you. When do you head up to Mammoth?

Hello Judy - have an absolutely great time in Italy with your family.

Judy - I am pretty much ornery! We now have five grandsons - ages 3 (2 of them), 5 (2 of them), and almost 7.
I don't get to this site often, but it is always good to see several of the 'regulars' around. I am doing well, hope you are also.

Thank you for the birthday wishes, Judy. I'm going through a rough spot right now. I'm recovering from double pneumonia (nearly died) and I have 2 very sick dogs. I'm losing Patch to congestive heart failure, and his daughter Daisy hasn't eaten in 3 weeks. My Vet has found nothing wrong with her. I'm about to take her to a specialist since we now suspect Addison's Disease. Not fun.
