Hi Wagdy, I just wanted to let you know that my thoughts are with you and your countrymen. The news this morning said 62 people had died in the last two days. It is indeed a sad time. I believe you are still in California, but your heart must be breaking for the events going on in your homeland.

Hello Wagdy. This must be a very difficult time for you with all the protests, etc. going on in your homeland. I think of you & your family every time I watch the news on TV or read it in the newspaper. I am glad you & your wife are safe in CA with your son, but I'm sure you are worrying about your family & friends in Cairo. I will keep all of them & all the people of Egypt in my prayers.

I will keep your daughter and family in my thoughts, Wagdy!

Wagdy, I add my thoughts and feelings to those already here, it must be so very hard to be away and worrying about your daughter and family back home. I pray for their safety.
I have a friend who lives in Cairo, and she has bent sent home to Australia while there is such trouble there. She has also asked us to keep her loved ones in our prayers.

Wagdy, I have thought often of you in the last several days. I send prayers for a peaceful solution. I am glad you are safe, but I can't imagine how hard this must be for you to hear of what is happening in your beloved Cairo and not be there with your daughter and family.

I've been thinking about you too. Part of you must be happy to be safely away, while part of you wishes you could be there to contribute however you could. May Egypt become a better place because of this. May your family stay safe.

Hello Wagdy. It seems your homeland will have a new chance at a better life for all with the news of the resignation today. The issues there for you and yours, and for most of your countrymen, have been on my mind for the last few weeks. Hopefully there will be a positive change in Egypt and things will get better for everyone. I sincerely hope that all of your extended family and friends have come through this chaos unscathed, and I wonder now if you are returning to home from your extended trip to the US. My best to you and yours. God speed for a return to normality in Egypt.
