Hi André. Just a follow up. I am able to get Passing Stangers through one of my local music stores (by ordering it as no local stores carry it in Ottawa). It will come in from Toronto, and I have orderd it. Thanks for the information. Cheers!

March 8 - André, thanks for your good wishes for our trip. Only 5 more days til we leave! This will be our first trip with the OAT Tour agency. Have heard good things, but we'll see for ourselves. We are taking a 5 day pre trip to Machu Picchu, then the 11 day Amazon Jungle & Galapagos Islands tour if you want to read the itinerary. We'll drive to Miami, then fly out from there to Lima, Peru. Be back to Miami on Mar. 29, then home on Mar. 31.

Hello André - thanks for visiting my page the other day. It has been lovely having my family stay with me but it's going to be hard to say cheerio to them next week. It is Johnathan's third birthday today so it was lovely being able to share that with him.
I know how it will be for you if your children leave home this year, so make the most of them while they are still home with you.

Andre, Just wasted more time looking at your photos. No wonder I'm grumpy! The only way my photos ever look that good is in my head. Somewhere between there and the final result something strange happens. I notice your choc is dark. Good. Now just add a touch of chilli and wow!!

I could and have listened to acoustics all night long...at my previous home, I used to go outside on a Saturday night and play the guitar until 5am or so with all the neighbours...singing and playing...it was great! Where I live now, no-one plays *sigh* a few older retirees so can't really do it.
Greg told me he got that CD called Passing Strangers from right here in Toronto, so I'm gonna go look for it myself as well.
As for the ball, heck, I gave up looooooong ago looking for that thing...Teddy has since received a few others...and even lost a few of those. LOL

Hiya André, well, I only moved into this house 2 years ago, so maybe I'll try this coming summer playing at night in the backyard...maybe invite em over for some wine and we can ha blast...hopefully. As for the singing voice, LOL, you don't see me running trying out for Canadian or American idol...it's just about the fun.....I always wondered...I had a hard enough time learning the guitar...how the heck ya play something with 88 keys?? LOL My fingers would end up in a knot.

Hello André - they would have just flown out of Perth as their Virgin Blue flight was due to take off at 7:00am and it's now 7:15am. They have two stops on the way to Christchurch in the south island. I'm not feeling very happy today but hopefully things will work out well for them.

André, yes, it is an ice cream hat. We toured the Blue Belle Ice Cream plant in Houston, Texas, about a year ago, and those paper hats were given out free. Blue Belle is distribuited throughout Texas and neighboring states, but we can't get it in California. Sad, because it is wonderful ice cream.

I had an excellent chocolate cake yesterday and though of you - I saved a piece for you
I've been away for a while - went to participate in the carnival in Venice and Viareggio . Had a great time - you may see some of the pics on Flickr , then I went to Budapest for 10 days. Now I am back home , busy making PPS about my Italian experience

Thank you, Andre...things have not gotten any better. I went to work yesterday and lasted an hour. Couldn't breath, pains in chest etc etc. I have now been taken off the roster indefinately until I can produce a Dr's certificate to say I am well enough to return to work. A bit difficult when nobody has found what's wrong yet let alone treating it. I had more blood tests yesterday, results Monday. Checking for many more things, one is Legionnaires. Dont think it is that though as I have googled it.

Well! Time for just a little push André. I'll be gentle. Just a sight breeze might do it. let's try..... whoosh!
