Thank you for the greeting. I've been playing for quite a while now, but just joined today. I got up too early to play so finally took the time. It's nice to know someone is aware of Everett as we are so overshadowed by nearby Seattle.

Love your area of the country and would move there in a minute if I had MY way! My aunt lived in Bothell. Have painted (in watercolors) the Deception Pass bridge & the Admiralty Head lighthouse. Kinda in your neck of the woods!

About your comment on page three today... I know what you mean about soggy brown masses of work! We have a Bradford Pear tree that keeps it's leathery leaves almost into January. It towers over our two story house and that means tons of leaves dropping into our front yard well after it snows. It also means it's difficult to find the right weather circumstances (dry & no snow) to rake them up before spring.

That's so funny, Kristy ... we, too, drove the California Coast on our honeymoon ... two years before you! My in-laws loaned us their truck and camper, and we camped our way all the way up the Coast and then back down the other side, beginning our life-long love affair with the Eastern Sierra! Happy Anniversary to you!

What??? You with snow in Everett and me with no snow in SE Michigan? That's different!
But then, it's a bit early here for the snow to have left! No worries, we'll probably see more before too long!
When do the tulips bloom in WA, by the way?

Funny, everytime I have visited Washington it has been sunny!
Our tulips are just peeking the tips of their leaves out! Hope they don't see the weather report!
Remember what I said about you having snow and SE Michigan not? The northern lower pennisula of Michigan where I grew up got 11 inches of snow that day!
