Ian, this dress is a tribute to one of my other talents...thrift. I think I paid $25-35 for it on clearance. That glitter is glued on...very well, but still glued on.

Hi Ian. Thanks for the encouraging words. Like you, I felt that had they seen anything really serious during any of the three tests, I would have been sent to the hospital immediately. But, as Jane said earlier today, "Better safe than sorry."

Hi Ian - finally answering your question from the 16th - Hard Sudoku - yes, I think it is Pt Roadnight, we'd walked away from the park to the river mouth & turned right and walked along the sand for a bit!!! Our internet has been playing up a bit (seems to be happening to lots of the Sudokuists lately!!) & I was going to catch up yesterday, needless to say it didn't work all day & has only come back on about half an hour ago!

I noticed your comment on today's Hard about not being able to edit pictures. I get exactly the same and have emailed Gath several times. He worked on the problem and determined Microsoft has upgraded up the line and the Sudoku site older coding is no longer as compatible. It would be a major job to fix, and he doesn't know when he'll be able to get to it.

Hello Ian - That must have been lovely living in such a magnificent place. I'm not sure what ADC stands for but it was obviously a very high ranking job.

Of course, the ADC makes sense now. That would have been very demanding a job as you would have been quite young then.
