Welcome to my page!  Sit back, enjoy a glass of wine and some chocolates!  Mi casa es tu casa.  You can play around with my fishies.  To feed them by clicking here and there, which leaves little fish pellets.  Also they like to play follow the leader.  Just move your cursor around, they will follow!

YOW! I spent almost four years doing a similar program just for the new teachers in our own district. Great programs, but a lot of work.
PLEASE - make sure you take time for yourself.
Again, have a great and wonderful Thanksgiving.

for stoping by with Turkey Day wishes - it was indeed great day. The pilgrims spent 3 days on that first Thanksgiving celebrating.

My U-tube is to honor all those who are a "brother/sister" to me and others on this site. HE AIN'T HEAVY, HE'S MY BROTHER"

Shosho - I can't really believe it - wish some one would pinch me - to let me know it is really true - the Bruins SHUT-OUT the Ducks. We were lucky that their quarter back was out, it would have been a very different game. They were having to endure what the Bruins have been going through all season - 3rd, 4th & 5th string quarter-backs playing.

Still can't believe with only 48 yds offense in first half and they were leading 6-0, especially when they had intereceptions and hadn't completed a pass. Unbelievable.

We now have a chance at the Rose Bowl (small - but over the first hurdle)- the next hurdle is beating USC at the colesium next Saturday. The other hurdle is not in our hands - that is Arizona must beat ASU - big in-state rivalry): could happen - has in the past. That would make for a 4 way tie for first place. Stranger things have happened - just look at what happened today.

Shosho- You are so correct "He ain't Heavy, He's my Brother" should be the theme song for the site. I think many of us have found joy and solace here.

Dear Shosho:
You just left a message about the horoscope and Dorthea's dodo pie. Thanks for that. Your writing of words to represent splutters, giggles, laughs and guffaws is so onomatopoetic that I can almost hear your voice as I read them. Who needs a sound-track.

Hello Shosho - thanks for your comments about the chicken, I think you must have been the only one to have read it.
As soon as I saw it and thought of the saying, I laughed all the way on the drive to work. A sick sense of humour I know, but it just struck me as funny. Poor chicken!!
Keep smiling,
Anne

Sharon: I saw Bobby McFerins rendition with Bach. I've been lucky enough to see him in concert 2 times. The first time he directed the Britt Orchestra during Classical Season for the Children's show. It happened to be my birthday that night. The orchestra had a ball with him & the kids loved him. The second time he was there he appeared in a Jazz performer. I have to admit, that I liked the classical show much better. His parents were both classical musicians. I was amazed at his talent - the only thing I had known him for before that was "Be Happy". I now have several of his CDs.

PS: Loved your U-tube video - can't lose with Cosby. He is so right on, puts on a clean performance and people still laugh.

Thanks for the compliments Shosho. I am new so these talents are newly learned. I learned them from photobucket.com. It is a good site which lets you search for these things then easily cut and paste the tag.
I have never had a cold christmas. Here we have a plastic tree which still looks fabulous. I am putting a photo up soon. For lunch we have a smorgasbord of Prawns, smoked salmon, cold ham and turkey, chicken, salads, fruit salads, antipasto, cheese platters, and lots of yummy desserts like pavlova, trifle, tiramasu and icecream. All washed down with beer and/or white wine and champagne. Nothing is cooked on the day. That way we can all sit down and relax and enjoy the day with no stress at all.
I love it that way. Why should I work hard on Christmas day. Merry Christmas to you.

Hi again shosho. I'll be changing my name soon. Living in a small town has disadvantages as far as remaining anonymous goes. Yesterday's posts show that there are people lurking. Your thank you to me on the easy pages was unnecessary but really appreciated. You and another regular made my day today. I too have been hurt by some comments from people on this site, and I'm also very sensitive, way too sensitive actually. I've been stung just recently so haven't been on the site much at all, just been skimming through some pages, and happened to catch your post. I'll be back, but in the meantime, have fun on the pages and ignore those who seek to hurt others. Don't even dignify their comments with a reply. Best wishes. xo no need to reply

Sosho, glad you liked the youtube. I grew up within Christianity and I still love the hymns and the choral music. I used to play the organ in our local church when I was at school and also for our school services once a week. I'm a very western (classical) Buddhist!

Shosho, I would love to take credit for that e-card, but it is not my work. I cannot do THAT!

it is a Jackie Lawson card, and she is incredible! I had the card sent to me, and in the anouncement I received, it lists the URL address. I just copied the URL and pasted it into the greeting message. This Would work with any card from any card site, pretty much.

I am glad you enjoyed and thanks for the many kind words.
