Hi all Well today has been like Melbourne - every season in one day. We have only missed out on snow and ice. Having caught up on yesterdays 3 pages I shall away , do puzzles and contemplate my music choices.

My mother used to call our school report card day D-Day!

I have 6 siblings and most of us had a nemesis on report card day. Mine was Advanced Algebra.

When we were in France last year we visited the beaches at Normandy. To experience it all - since we couldn't do both - I went to the Commonwealth beaches & museums and hubby went to the US beaches and museums. Very moving and awe inspiring.

Yesterday was a busy day here. Niece and family came over, we spent the day cutting trees. Most were as round as a water bottle, here were some twice that size and bigger.

Mo, we could use some of your rain.

The dust and pollen was bad, niece and I had to take meds for our allergies.

I just saw Arachnid's quiz. I'm going to play with that for a bit. I'll have to give some thought to my 5 favorite songs. I think it's going to be hard to choose.

Someone, in the last day or three, asked if anyone had heard from Eve. I used to exchange emails with her. Then she moved and got a new address. Never heard from her again. I was part of the changes in her life.

Lynne sang Memory for her final in this semester's singing class. She did very well. Had a couple of the ladies in the class in tears.

6.30 am here. Bucketing with rain and strong wind squalls. Oh well, didn't plan on going out today

Well, it's fine and cold here. Not a cloud in the sky and the Bridgewater Jerry is creeping down the river.

No doubt we'll get Anne and Arachnid's weather in a few days from now. We usually do.

Oops, a flight of black cockatoos has just flown past.
Usually a sign of rain to come.

I tried for my 5 top songs, came up with a list of about 20 and couldn't bring myself to cut any out. So I'll pass on that one.

all. I'm afraid I have too many favourites to narrow it down to five. My father in law was a member of the Orpheus Welsh Male choir, so I'm afraid I would list any number of their songs HalT. They sang at the Sydney Opera House several times to standing ovations.

What a fantastic collection of music so far and so diverse. When we get them all I will try and collate then issue a list of Sudoku favourites. For those who haven't supplied their list please feel free to join in
