eaa - I will sit in the corner with you... unfortunately I think I talk as much in real life as I do in here...(ashamed to admit it)
Judy - I hope so!
Becky - definitely not strangers! You guys know more about me than some of the people I 'see' on a regular basis... except for what I look like.
Julie - I think you know how I felt about Ally today as you have been there!

Now I'm off to pick up the girls from the movies. Knowing me I'll be back later. Sigh. I guess we'll have to disconnect the internet if I ever want to break this addiction.

Don't think mine was bad enough to make me sensitive. Had the same thing happen years ago when I didn't know my boot had a hole until I got home. My foot has been fine and doesn't seem any different than the other to the cold (knock wood).

Suzy, it may be an addiction, but it's a good one. I'm not sure I want to break it. This is just such a great group here!

June-y, June-y, how does your garden grow?

Do you have silver bells, etc., or is it a veggie garden?

June, you'll notice that I didn't say you're quite contrary! And I also wanted to ask how all your family members are doing. How is hubby feeling? Always thinking about you both and Sharon and Laura.

I remember a time in school.... I had a severe staph infection in my throat, and hadn't spoken a word in over a month. It took that long for anyone to notice. Even family hadn't noticed. I talk more here in one day than I normally do in several weeks in the real world (except to my animals).

Well, off to bed. I didn't get to bed early like I hoped.

Watered the back. Julie they are mainly just shrubs, trees and low growing little maintainance plants. Some citrus trees, azaleas, camelias, day lillies.cliveas.
Hubby still noy the gest but a bit improved on yesterday. Sharon will finally go back to teaching next week but will still have to have some time off during first term.. Laura is doing well and will start reducing medication about next April to see how she goes.
Must water the front and will read page 283 when I get back.

Bed time for me here, has been a busy day for me. FFuts I should have been doing has piled up on me. I will blame it on the achies from the cold fronts.

Heidi, hope the headache is better, headaches can be miserable! You mentioned it was unexpectedly cold, same here, very cold last night and all day today. Fierce wind from the northwest with windchill into the 20's all day today! We are forecast another cold night. Then maybe it will warm up .

June what are you reading? I received a book from a friend, my quilting group passes books around the USA. I plan to take it with me Thursday to read in waiting room.

JAZZY, good to see you, come visit when you can. Hope you can get your brother to visit also. Always something interesting ging on here, and if he is shy, he can read a while first. Many of our friends here did that, right Gail?

CRAFT disease, always happens when I an sleepy and tired. lots more I wanted comment on, but just cannot remember. Hope to catch you all tomorrow.

Hugs and love and fairie dust to all!

Had another lovely lunch out today with Bean and our ragtag gypsy followers. A good time as always.

Becky, glad the frostbite is OK.
Heidi, hope the headache goes away.
Suzy, what a wonderful experience for Ally. Thought of her the other night when we were at the entertainment Centre and the school girls were singing. They were ones that had been in the school spectacular. Though that could be Ally one day!

Finished the front yard as it started to rain. There has been a lot of 'grumbling' for the last hour or so but I do not think we will get much rain. So far I doubt it has washed much dust off the grass.

It feels so different with sudoku people, after all, we all have a common interest, so it's definitely an ice breaker.

I'm baaaack... and melting!

Hubby beat me home and in his wisdom opened every window and door to let the 'breeze' through. I zipped my mouth and didn't say anything... it wasn't a breeze, it was a hot wind!!! It is no longer cooler inside than it is outside....

Has everyone left again? I got distracted - Rob was at the tennis today, came home early and put the TV on - one of our favourite shows "Time Team" with Tony Robinson. Find these shows absolutely fascinating - will they find the Roman Road? burial sites? pottery? - of course they will!

The thing with meeting sudokuholics is that we all know so much about each other...very few of my friends know as much about me as the group that frequents this page..

When I finally Gail [my first sudoku meet] it was like meeting someone I've known all my life [Lachie thought it very funny...reacted and laughed at all the same things..even the same corny quips]. I know when I eventually get to meet Vici I will find she is my alter ego...

Posting without catching up this morning.

Morning Friends and a cold morning it is. We have 19 F ( -7C) but expected to go to 47F ( 8 C) today. will seem like spring if the sun will shine also!

I have a friend coming up today to sew together a couple sheets to make a duvet cover. She wanted me to do it for her. I suggested she do it on my machine. Now to get table completely clear of all the paperwork I have been sorting.

Must get moving. I have not accomplished anything this morning!

MizT, good luck clearing everything for the sewing. It's very nice of you to help that way. I wish I had someone who would help like that!

Haven't caught up on all my reading, but wanted to thank you June for that fabulous youtube - so cool! Also, keeping Mr. June in my thoughts and prayers. After this past year you should be able to be hired at any hospital as a quite competent nurse!

Morning MzT and Stella...not chilly enough here, but we are expecting rain all week - thank goodness coz the heat has been pulling up all those 900 bulbs I planted and when the snow returns, it will surely stunt their ability to flower for me in the spring.

I have been lost to the world because I have been glued to the TV for all the Tivoed tennis (love visiting Melbourne - hehe) and, of course, the inspiring inauguration (also Tivoed and watched last night)
