Well, I felt free to visit again Anu. I do hope all goes well for you. I'm still waiting for a full re-cap of your last trip. Did you enjoy Boston, Niagra Falls, etc.? Saw your photos of the clouds and landfall in Iran(?). In all my flights to India, we only passed this area in darkness, so thank you for showing what it looks like in daytime. Cheers my friend!

Hi Appy! Thanks for your comments on my page. I think you are confusing Hua Hin with the place in China. Hua Hin is a beach resort some 230 kms south of Bangkok. The oldest beach resort in Thailand and home for a lot of the time to His Majesty.

I do remember seeing the Ventures live in '61. At our highschool dances, 'Sleepwalk' was always the last dance.

Just so you know, appy, we have had some very long-winded comments on SA - even carried over into 'More'. But when it's nearly a new page, if people are paying attention, the comments get very short in the competition to be TOPP (top-of-page-post). We even keep track of TOPP. Well, Rola does and posts it every few pages or so. Come by and visit us again.

HI APPY, thank you for visiting my page and your kind comments on my quilts. If I thought of how long it would take to make a quilt, I might be intimidated by it also. but it is like ' how do you eat and elephant? ' One bit at a time!!

Coming to the end of each step in the process of quilt making gives it's own reward. I did my quilting for fun, so never set a deadline, and if it stopped being fun, I would put that one away for a while.
