You do not mention lemon juice in the list of ingredients, but in the preparation section, you say to "Add mussels, lemon juice and clam sauce...". How much lemon juice?

The Modern jazz quartet was from the early 40s. The piano was Wilson. I can't remember his first name.

My brother Frank played bass with Mel Torma. All my family were professional musicians, I was on the Union list for several years. When someone wanted a musician that played this instrument or that they would call, and off one of us would go. I only played classical, but my brothers played Dixieland and jazz.

Just want you to know that I haven't been able to make your mussel dinner yet. My local seafood market hasn't had mussels for awhile. I shall keep trying! I seldom cook mussels because I don't like the smell of them cooking, although I love their taste. So that's a treat I indulge in when we dine out. But after reading your recipe, I decided to take the plunge. However, I will do them in a large pan on the grill to keep the smell (uh, I mean "aroma") outdoors. Can't wait!!!
