Hello, Mamacita.
Thanks for your message. At the moment, my membership has lapsed - I have sent Gath a cheque, but it hasn't been processed, yet, so I have no page, no avatar, no.... I hope you had a wonderful Christmas and wish you and yours a peaceful, happy and healthy 2008.

Very moving, Mamacita. This would uplift me always. A person like you would find many blessings in life because your gentle personality is a magnet! Say hello to Sully for me and give Jazz an extra pat and scratch, too!

The Mummers Parade looks like loads of fun. The We were in SF in 2001 and saw the Columbia Day Parade. A bit more formal than the Mummers but was still great to watch. The Americans sure like a parade!

Hope you and Sully have a great trip and enjoy your G.grandchild.
Pleased to hear that sully is getting much better.
Hope 2008 is a great year for you and your family

Mamacita another baby in such short of time--how exciting.

I started to give my experience on the easy page and thought that might be too much information for some.

Anyway, I had an experience similar to Riena's. I went to the hospital after my water broke around 11 in the morning. By 3 they sent me home. I had a doctors appointment at 3:30 and kept it. My doctor was furious that they let me leave the hospital and told me to go right back. Before I had left I just felt uncomfortable, when I returned is was discomfort. By 6, bless their hearts, they gave me an epidural--I miss the epidural.
Anyway, the girl arrived safely at 2:03am. Personally, I do recall the pain before the wonder drug afterwards I do not recall much with the exception of smelling burnt popcorn. I had to have an emergency C-section. Something about my contractions coming too fast. I really do not know what happened.
I know epidurals effect people differently but I was blessed I believe to be totally out of for several days--even though I was functioning my husband would have to tell you what happened. He loves to tell the story.
Your niece is sure to have it better than I did. I have learned I am a horrible patient. But the outcome was wonderful. Have you heard me mention my Girlie-girl?

Hi, Mamacita! Please let Reina know how much all of us here are thinking of us and cheering her on as she awaits the arrival of her little one! I'm sure all will be well, and she'll love him/her and forget all the discomfort/pain! Please send her our love and support!
I hope all is well with your two guys and that they will be fine looking after each other when you are in CA!

I'm so happy for you and Reina. I know it must have been hard being so far away, knowing the pain she was going through. I am sure her pain was with you, every moment. But now her joy will be with you and is your joy as well. to all of you, my prayers for you a safe trip and for Angelique a good life filled with faith and God's love. For Reina a daughter who will listen and learn from her and always love her.

Also a prayer for Sully (& Jazz) - be good, understanding and get yourselve(s) healthy, so Mama may leave, knowing full well you can take care of each other.

When she returns, besides being tired, she will carry a joy that you can only catch. So bless her on her way. Her heart overflows with love, which we all appreciate.

Mama good song choice to welcome Angelique.

Here are some flowers for you, Mamacita! They're to celebrate the birth of your great-granddaughter Angelique! Angelique! Don't eat any cake. That's for the adults, especially your Mama Reina, who could use some chocolate about now. I hope mother, daughter, grandmother and great-grandmother are doing well!

Happy day to you Mamacita and your family. I am so excited for you. Angelique is just 7 ounces more that my girl and todays report for her 18 months was that she is chunky. So no problems there.
I agree with Eve do not let the name spell something. My mom has had several names first BAM, BAS, BAY and now is a BAG. I encourage Nydia.

Have a wonderful safe trip and look forward to pictures.
