Hi Gail, belated thank-yous for your birthday wishes. I can hardly believe it, but we've been back almost 3 years already - my goodness how time flies! Even the kids are making comments about the years getting progressively faster (they must be growing up!). We are all still really enjoying the blue skies and fresh air after a few years of the HK smog - I'm not sure that we'll ever get past that!

Hi Gail, thanks for your concern about my shoulder. I have no idea how I have hurt it. Pain radiates down my arm when I do some movements and is getting progressively worse. I find out the results tomorrow. Hopefully it will be something easily fixed!

Hi Gail. The shoulder should be fine. A bit of tendonitis in one tendon, but thankfully no tears!

I truly hope you have day doing what you would enjoy. Miss you darling, and think of you both often.
