Hi Amelia... I take frequent breaks, since I have a bad back. I work a little, then come in and sit in front of the 'pooter", then go back out and work, then back in. That's why it seems that I'm on line so much.

It was a Hot Time in Jacksonville for my Birthday - 108° Thursday & Friday (tying & setting record highs for the 14th & 15th respectively). Enjoyed the concert tonight & will continue celebrating through the weekend with concerts on Saturday & Sunday (the Grand Finale of the Classical Season) at Britt. It is suppose to get down to the low 80's by Tuesday. Overall, this summer has been cooler than usual, just a couple of hot spells (this one is the corker).

Hi everyone you may have noticed the change of from yep we have moved back to the Port Stephens area it's been nerve racking plus we hated having to move but we need to be closer to my parents and our daughters. When we get the property straightened out and after I get the internet back on I might have some time to get back to this site I'm on my daughters pooter at the moment.

They say you can't go home.... you're proof that you can! I hope everything works out wongerfully, Amelia.

Hi Amelia, thank for letting us know where you are and what's happened. I understand having to be near parents when they are elderly. No matter how independent they once were, they will need your help eventually. They're lucky to have such a considerate and loving daughter. Adn it;s nice to live closer to your daughters. Amelia ... Sorry it took so long to get back to you after you accepted Greg's call for Dave's friend campaign. We have been on the road in our RV on our way to Arizona for the winter. We were in Death Valley California last week and had little computer time.
Nice to meet another Celine Dion fan. We missed her show in Las Vegas and kick ourselves for not making the trip. But I do have the DVD. I am amazed that little car can pull your caravan. The trailer must be very light.

Hi Amelia, what a shame I didn't know you had moved. I might have been able to meet up with you when I visited my sister at Salamander Bay at the beginning of the month.
It really is a beautiful area around Nelson's Bay and I understand why they weren't keen to move to Canberra. They both work on the base at Williamtown.
