If you have any good recipies, I love middle eastern food. I spent some time in Greece, and loved the food, please send me some different recipies. A good falafal, hummis, we have something similar, but not quite right. A recipie for pita, the one I have is not right.

I studied many of them in my art and architectural history classes, and I have always been amazed by the sheer magnitude of such impressive structures.
