What a dreadful scare! How are you all? Why did the school call for a parent and not an ambulance? Is he still in hospital for observation or did they send you home already? Ana fil ak sis (phonetically cause I don't know how to spell it otherwise) is dreadfully scary. Will he have to carry an epi pen now? Why didn't the school administer their epi pen? Wow, too many questions???

Give me a 'hoy' if you need to unload some of the adrenaline over reaction.

Oh my gosh!!!! I had about 22 messages in my inbox today just from Sudoku friends wishing me a 'Happy Birthday'! Thank you so much for all of your kind thoughts and wishes especially when I haven't been around for so long. It has been a wonderful day and a lovely weekend. Rick and I went away to a romantic chalet at Springbrook with an open fireplace and we went bushwalking etc. I have uploaded a photo of Kiarah and some others onto 'my page'. Photos taken 26th May 2008. Kiarah is just about 18 months old now and still gorgeous hahaha....

Taking the time to say thank you for your message of love and support through the tough times with my mum, and her death. My heart has been lifted by the warmth and love shown to me here.

Tibby is such a cutie! (Years ago one of our daughters had a guinea pig named Tibby.) I'm sure this Tibby will be much more fun, though not a lot bigger!

Oh Col, Tibby looks just like the shih tzu we had many years ago. I am sure you will love her to death. (hair conditioner is necessary for getting the knot out when the hair gets long)

Hi Col, I was just reading some of today's posts and noticed your 8yo daughter has just had her first gymnastics comp of the season. My just turned 8yo son has his first EVER gymnastics comp two weeks from tomorrow - he can't wait!

Hi Col! These old halls of myrth and fellowship are sure ringing with a hollow echo of late. How have you been? I thought I would spend the evening visiting a few friends and leave a greeting at their doorstep. There is nothing else to do around here and maybe something might get stirred up. It looks like nobody is using the chat room any more, maybe it could use a good dusting out. I hope things are well with you and yours.

Hi Col, saw your post in SA6 this morning and thought I'd drop by. I was off travelling when the nastiness hit and have deliberately not looked for it - your post convinces me that was a good decision! I will miss you, but will respect your decision and hope you will drop by one day in the future.

Hi Col, I'm sorry I missed your birthday the other day and I hope you enjoyed your day.

Like many others on site, I will also miss you (and have missed you) and hope that you will call in occasionally. I comment less and less and have contemplated giving it away through sheer boredom/irritation. The last week had given me hope that things may improve but I'm feeling less sure about that. We'll see what transpires.
Anyway, all the best to you with whatever decision you make.
