Hi Sacky,
Your question re my photography. I may have mentioned that I have been walking around a local park which has a lake with a small variety of birds.
I have seen lots of ideas for photos. So, armed with my camera the other day - and guess what all the ''actors'' were on strike, nobody was ''doing'' anything interesting enough. Isn'tit always the way. I'll have to take a leaf out of your book and never go anywhere without the camera. We have been getting a few good showers of rain recently, and guess what has taken off ?
THE WEEDS. With all the hot dry weather, I been making progress with the ''jungle'' - the grass has not needed mowing so often, so that time has been put to good use, but I think that run of ''good luck'' is finished.

Just read that you were having your rotator cuff scanned, hope all is well. I had bilateral adhesive capsulitis, and ended up having a cort/saline/pain killer injection in one to get some movement back into it!, All good now, but I feel my left shoulder thinking about freezing up again while hubby and I are doing massive renos :(

Hello Sacky - thanks for checking out my photos and your comments. There were quite a lot more exhibits but they were the ones I preferred. I loved the red back spider one, too.
They certainly draw big crowds to see them.

G'day Sacky. Whenever you mention adding new photos I always try to go take a look right away. I continue to learn a lot from you & enjoy that! Thank you for your good wishes for our new grandchild. The waiting is so hard. The longer we wait the more nervous I get. We are all praying for a safe delivery & healthy baby & mother!

Thanks for your comment on my magpie photo on the 4X4Easy today!
If you haven't already sussed out the info on magpie colouring, here it is: The Australian Magpie is black and white, but the plumage pattern varies across its range. Its nape, upper tail and shoulder are white in males, grey in females. Across most of Australia, the remainder of the body is black. In the south-east, centre, extreme south-west and Tasmania, the back and rump are entirely white.

Hello Sacky - I booked the trip through Bunnick Tours in Adelaide but the travel company I'm going with is Sundowners Overland, who I think operate in either Sydney or Melbourne, not sure which.
Thanks for checking out my itinerary.

So glad you were happy with that site. Hopefully there won't be a next time but if there is you'll feel better seeing that your baby is more comfortable and happier with the vizor. Unfortunately I had to use mine 3 times in just over a year.

Good to hear that both you and Rufus are feeling better.
It's great to have extra garden help. I have a very kind nephew who lives here in S/H and he comes with sometimes one or two of his children and they all get stuck into those jobs which I am finding more difficult - pruning tall trees & shrubs
digging large holes for transplanting etc

from me, too, Sacky. Sorry your dinner out can't take place today, but know you'll enjoy it whenever it does happen! Have been wondering where in Tasmania your place is? If you have said before, I'm sorry I've forgotten. Would love to meet you, if possible, when Jane & I come to Oz next year. We definitely plan to come to Tasmania!

Thanks Sacky for the birthday wishes. I'm at an age when I'd actually prefer if people forgot them.
Just going to your page to reply I noticed yopu had a frozen should last year. Hope your are recovering. Mrs S had one a couple of years ago and had very restricted movement and a lot of pain. The movement has almost all returned but still has pain from time to time when she does too much. Hope to get to meet you when Jane and Kathy are in Hobart.
Cheers
David
