Hi Sacky! I promised my hubby that we would go to Europe first, then he said I could take off for Australia afterwards. I told him that I would drug him up (valium) before loading him onto the plane! Which means no Aussie trip for him.

Re red fingers after picking mulberries - do you know the easy way to get rid of them (red fingers & also small mulberry stains on clothes) - rub them down with non ripened mulberries, works extremely well!!

Sacky, those photos from your outback adventure are excellent. Thank you. I had never seen a close picture of a thorny devil lizard. It almost looks like a special effects dragon made for a science fiction movie. Are the spines sharp when you pick them up?

According to family lore, my great-great-great-grandmother did that to a neighbor's trees (but not with her teeth!) for some reason lost to time. I doubt she was very well liked, though. She did not migrate to northern Michigan with the rest of the family, either.

Hello Sacky! Thanks for remembering me - have had a few problems remembering ME myself recently!!!!!!!!!!
The house went on the market at the beginning of Nov last year. We nearly sold it a couple of times but........ Anyway, the deposit has been paid & Settlement takes place in about a week, thank goodness! We've been living on the River since November & will be here for a long time to come!!
