WOW!!! I'm impressed. U must be very fit.
I've talked a few girlfriends into starting zumba with me next Thursday. Should be good fun. I think it will be the next fitness craze over here.
I try and fit a few pilates and yoga classes in during my lunch hour during the week depending on how much work i have. I dragged a few of the boys from work to salsa last night and they were amazed that they actually had fun. They were very nervous to start until they realised how nervous some of the girls were. They might even come back next week. Hope you have a good day

Thanks for the post on "my page". Yes we're skiers. We love Steamboat because it's not just a ski resort, but a warm friendly 'small-town' community. Of course what's not to love about Aspen (besides the high prices)? We hope to ski in Europe someday too. Our neighbor's daughter is doing a ski patrol exchange this winter in France, so this could be our year!
I'm just starting to explore around here, I took a quick spin through your photo gallery - such great pictures! You two sound so much like us - skiing, biking, a love for wine and maybe a Chicago connection?

Starr needs to look for shorts, so we might hit Meijer/WalMart first before heading to the real stores. I'm leaning towards the library or my in-laws. I could use a nap as I was up last night monitoring tornado potential. Before we decide we're trying to get everything nice to come home to, so we don't have to make an effort when we come home to feels-like-98-degrees-F. Glad to still be able to connect with you here in Sudokuland.

Hey, Jane. Sorry it took so long to notice your 7-7 question about cheesemaking. The webpage you sent isn't itself full of much information, but the links to cheesemaking.com and to Ricki Carroll's book are right on. Goat's milk cheese needs its own recipes because it takes longer to set up and the curd is softer. Make sure she orders calcium chloride - ack, I hope that's the right ingredient! that came out of my memory, but I think it's what makes for a firmer curd.

Thanks for your Birthday wishes. Mom flew up here for the weekend and we celebrated with a huge 10½" Strawberry Cream Cheese Pie. I have to admit it was one of my best and hope you enjoy a piece with me for breakfast/lunch.

It was 100° both days over the weekend - was suppose to go up to 106° today but is now slated for 95° today. Going to a BBQ tonight & sharing ice cold cherries.

Hi Jane! We are taking a train tour through Switzerland. Starting in Zurich and stopping at Lucerne, Gstaad, Interlaken, Lausanne, Montreux, Zermatt, and St. Moritz. The train seemed the best way to see as much as we can, and I love train travel! I checked out the hotels and they all seem nice, but who knows until you get there! It doesn't bother us much anyway, we figure we only sleep there.
We have traveled on our own quite a few times. We refer to those trips as "city stays". Find a good central location, then plan day trips to see what there is to see. I'm with you, it's fun to just "wing it"
