Hello Vici - thank you for all your lovely comments on my photos. You jumped the gun a bit as you were commenting and asking questions while I was uploading them then editing them with comments on. A couple of photos seemed to disappear and I don't want to put them in now as they will be out of sequence.
Hope all is well with you and your family. I see you're heading to our wonderful country downunder. I'm sure you'll have a great time and meet some wonderful people.

I think I will stop by today when I go to the bank, and have a walk, sit and read my book a bit, it is lovely weather outside today! thanks for visiting my park and all the lovely comments. I too enjoy all the carved trees, someone had a great imigination, to do those.

Vici, hope Mike had a great birthday. Love the pictures of your addition. I would love to have a master bath like that. I don't think I would ever leave the tub. I would love to have a fireplace in my bedroom, but I don't think it would get used alot in Florida.

How are you doing? I have been so busy lately. Bought a car in Sept. (my first) and this weekend I went out of the town (slept in my car in a State Campground) and the first realtor I talked to found me property that will work for the non-profit I run. Agreed to a price today. I am really tired. I just played my first Sudoku game in weeks. I will be moving to the country and not sure how I will get onto the Internet. The former owners were elderly and didn't have computers. Hope I don't get stuck with dialup (no land line phone on the property though). Well, hope you are doing well. I do miss the chats. I wanted to thank you for all the great comments about the pictures I posted! You had a lot of questions (as did others, so far 50+ comments) and I will answer them by the time you get to Oz.
I especially like the idea of creepy crawlies for Halloween and I am organizing my spider photos...

Hi Vici and Bean. The Sculpture by the Sea is an annual event.This year it is from 29 Oct.to 15th Nov.,so you will be able to see it if you come early Nov.

Vici, When I first heard of June's BBQ I looked on it as an opportunity the meet up with some old (nah, they'll kill me - some long standing) friends. I didn't realise until you turned up that you actually lived up to the 'Vibrant' nickname. Anne and I really enjoyed meeting you and we are both sorry that the meeting was so short.

Had such a good time in Sydney
and wanted to thank you for coming to stay with me and Gizzy, although he has not been well since I got home so may need to take him to the vet in the morning, see how he goes overnight, as it may be the heat.
Will hopefully have a chat before you go home, you must be getting excited to go home are you ??
as there is no place like home in my book, and at the end of a nice holiday it is always good to get back home, to reality.

I hope you are getting to see some of Australia in between all of these lunches! Isn't it amazing and wonderful how far sudokuites will travel to see each other - and a reflection of you!
